15 minutes from Sauterne, 45 minutes from Bordeaux and Saint Emilion, 1h15 from the Médoc and the Bay of Arcachon

- 4 large bedrooms (3 with bed of 140, 1 with 4 beds of 90), sheets provided
- 1 bathroom (bath and shower) + 1 shower room (shower)
- 2 separate toilets
- large kitchen opening onto terrace
- very bright house, charm of stone, bathed in light
- large shaded terrace, facing the swimming pool.

Prices indicated for 10 people, including the provision of sheets:
June & September: €1,500 / week
July & August: €2,200 / week
Beyond that, €120 / additional person / week.
Cleaning €120. Towels and linen in addition (5€ / person)

Please note: annex studio rented for the year at the very back of the property (no nuisance, discretion guaranteed)
