Close to the start of canyoning in the Grenan gorges, hikes on the Epine chain and swimming in the magnificent lake of Aiguebelette where the water temperature reaches 28° in summer. The beach of Lépin le Lac is located 5 minutes away by car. You will also be 20 minutes from Chambéry, 30 minutes from Lake Bourget and 30 minutes from the most beautiful peaks of the Haute Chartreuse.
The house offers a large living room, a large equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave,...), laundry room with washing machine, entrance leading to a 1st master suite with 1 bed of 160, toilet and shower room, then upstairs 2 large suites each with its own bathroom/shower, and a separate toilet.
One with 1 bed of 160 and 1 bed of 80, the second with 1 bed of 160, 1 bed of 90 and a corner on the mezzanine with a second bed of 90. That is 9 beds in total. Bed linen and towels included. Beds made on arrival.
