Meet Your Home Away from Home
Our beautiful, cozy four-bedroom home is perfectly located less than a mile walk from downtown Plymouth! Our two-story home is ~1,300 sq ft, with an additional 500 sq foot finished basement. Ideally-designed for work-from-home, we have two full workstations in the finished basement including standing desks, dual-monitor setups, computer docks with USB-C hookups, keyboards, and mouses at each desk along with comfy office chairs!
Before getting to work, sip your morning coffee (or espresso!) or afterwards, enjoy an evening glass of wine on our patio in our secluded backyard! With a fully-equipped kitchen (including a double-oven!) and an outdoor propane grill, our home is also perfect for cooking with friends and family (the kitchen is complete with double-oven!) and the entertaining living & dining room makes for a perfect hang-out area. Nestled on a beautiful, quiet street and not only a stone's throw to downtown, but also a quick drive to Ann Arbor, Brighton, Novi, and Northville, this is the perfect spot for any gathering or getaway!
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Amazon Fire smart TVs, Nespresso machine + pods, French Roast coffee pods + Keurig, Memory Foam beds, fresh linens, in-suite washer/dryer, Solimo bath products, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Message us if there’s anything we can help with!

99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.
We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.

We have a garage that fits one car, with room for two additional cars in our driveway (tandem - it blocks the garage). We are located on a quiet street which also allows street parking so if you need additional parking, there's plenty!
Entry

The house is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the front door and on the door from the garage to the house. To access the house, enter the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock.
When leaving, enter that same code followed by the CHECK mark and the deadbolt will close. The locks will also auto-lock after one minute if you forget to lock.
Extra Sleeping Arrangements

Pullout Couch: Underneath the horizontal seat you will find two fabric handles. Pull them out from under the couch and raise up the extra mattress section from underneath the couch. Remove the couch pillows to make space for two!
Extra Linens: Underneath the chaise section of the couch you will find four bath towels and four hand towels, two pillows, a comforter, and extra sets of sheets and pillowcases for the couch and air mattress.
Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate.

We love hosting folks, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules:
- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know.
- Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm.
- Please leave your shoes at the door.
- No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies.
- No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.

While access to public transportation is not easily available from our house, UBER and LYFT run consistently in the area and are quick, cheap, and accessible options to get anywhere in the Novi/Northville/Livonia and Plymouth/Northville/Canton areas!
