3400 SqFt House 40Ft Heatable Pool/Spa- Strip View

Summary:

Welcome to my modern completely remodeled 3400 square foot house! Strip views from the backyard, master bedroom and living room. Very spacious and accommodates up to 12 people comfortably. 40 foot heatable pool and jacuzzi. Basketball court, golf putting green and a huge kitchen island. Has 5 bedrooms with 4 of them having an in suite personal bathroom. High speed internet and a basic cable subscription. Each Bedroom has it's own smart TV and the living room has a huge smart TV.



The Space:

There is a security camera at the front door and in front of the garage for you safety too. We use quality linens and towels only so you will be in full comfort during your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the house with detergent included. All cooking utensils that you would need are there for your convenience. Air Conditioner works great which is really important here in Las Vegas.

To heat the HOT TUB IS FREE!! Just message or call anytime you want it on during your stay!



If you would like to heat the pool it will cost

$75 for the 1st day and then $50 per day after (April-October)

$150 for the 1st day and then $100 per day after (November- March)

Pool will be heated to 86 Degrees



The pool can be heated for as many days as you want (not necessary to have it heated for all the days in your stay) but please let me know in advance you would like to heat it.



There is no fence around the pool so please be super careful with non swimmers around. The pool gets cleaned twice a week but with the wind in Las Vegas there might be some leaves in pool.

Please remember this is not a party house so there are no parties allowed. Please remember like stated in my rules that from 10PM to 7AM are quiet hours so please be mindful of your noise level. If rules are not followed there could be fines and you can be evicted with no refund. House is legally registered as a short term rental with the City Of Henderson so you reservation is safe. Certificate #STR22-00001 . Nevada State Business License NV20201887683 . I have also officially beed short term rental certified by finishing a short term rental course.



Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).



If the house rules or anything written above is broken and an eviction must be done you will be charged a $250 fee for the payment of the security company to evict you.

Keyless entry with a keypad. Code gets reprogramed for each stay for the safety of each guest.

Fun House

Golf weekend with me and three buddies, and this house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The backyard amenities were great to come home to after the rounds. Vacation Stay

Unfortunately the hot tub was never hot, there is not enough dishes to house 12 people. The garbage was overflowing, the floors were not cleaned, and there were a few broken things (freezer handle, coffee pot didn’t work, outside chairs are very broken). Each room having a bathroom was amazing! The amount of space and the property could be really nice if they would upkeep it a little more!

Perfect Place to Stay for Families Near Vegas

Great property. Easiest VRBO process I have had. Perfect if you are attending conventions in Vegas but don't want all the other stuff that comes with staying in Vegas. Our boys had a good time in the backyard and the common areas are big to accommodate everyone. We do the same trip every year and will attempt to book this place when we do. Property manager was super easy to coordinate with. Didn't leave us a thousand tasks to do to check out. You can book this place with confidence.

Okay space for quiet group

We stayed here recently for a sports tournament.Things to know:1. There are multiple signs saying that no more than 12 people are allowed into the house at any given time. 2. Noise monitors all over the place - inside and outside. This felt a bit creepy to our group. 3. Hot tub is not heated, and you have to text to get it started. Sometimes the message is responded to quickly, other times it takes multiple messages for a response.4. Hours to be outside are late for a weekend - 10 am is still quiet time!5. Furniture is quite uncomfortable inside, and chairs outside are not solid.6.

Great Amenities

Overall, this property has great outdoor and indoor space. The pool and hot tub and the rest of the outdoors is awesome. It would have been nice to be able to control heating the hot tub ourselves, but we knew going in that we’d need to communicate. Great view of the strip and nice outdoor lighting. The indoor space is large, but the furniture is sparce and uncomfortable. Bar stools and kitchen table accommodate 8. Couch is very hard and doesn’t accommodate more than 6 comfortably. Beds are very hard to get in and out of and mattresses are uncomfortable except for in the primary suite. Bathrooms are great. House has a lot of echo due to hard surfaces and furniture, some rugs would be helpful for that. Also not a lot of places in the bedrooms to set things on or in, like dressers or armoires or even luggage racks. Dish towels and dish cloths for the kitchen weren’t available. Other supplies were readily available, however. The pantry was locked during our stay, and it would have been nice to have that space since we did a lot of cooking and had many items to put away for the week. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, booking was easy and so was check in and check out. We had a great time overall.

Excellent VRBO Fantastic Host GORGEOUS LV STRIP VIEWS

My spouse & I brought our adult children to LV for a reunion/visit with family who live in LV. This VRBO has everything we could have asked for. The Host was so gracious- anything we needed he immediately provided. Any issues we had he promptly addressed. The property has the most gorgeous views of the LV strip at night but also at Sunrise. The rules were very easy & and when we asked if we could have 2 BBQ's with family over he was extremely accommodating. We paid extra for access not only a heated pool-but heated jacuzzi on demand. This host always responded within 10-15 minutes and remotely turned on the jacuzzi which was heated quite quickly. This was such an easy process. I cannot say enough about our host-how gracious he is and how responsive. We had a surprise engagement and that just took our trip over the top. The neighborhood is tucked away and quiet. My sister and I were even able to get in several morning walks with ease around the neighborhood with a nice hill for a stretch. If I had one complaint- it is that the TV access in the master bedroom was spotty and we couldnt always get it to tune to any channels or access streaming. The only other thing is that the lighting in the rooms is not very bright. (*but that is really really trying hard to find something... ) I would absolutely recommend this property and especially this host for ANY trips to the LV area. The grocery store was 5 minutes away-Walmart was right down the street. We loved our stay.

Wasn’t heated pool/hot tub

1. Ensure you read the fine print about the additional cost for heating the pool (they should change the title of their listing to “optional heated pool/hot tub” to make it crystal clear) 2. Ensure you get a reply from the owner confirming you want to heat the pool so they can send you the payment option 3. be aware that it takes 38 hours to heat the pool. Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, we were unable to enter the home because the keypad wasn’t working. The owner was traveling and it took a while to get in touch. Once we got in, the pool/hot tub were ice cold, even though we indicated through the VRBO messaging that we wanted the pool/hot tub heated. The private pool was the entire reason we chose that property and it wouldn’t be heated until the day we were leaving. Thankfully, they let us cancel our stay and refunded our money, but it left us scrambling at the last minute to find a hotel and 2 cars of hungry/tired/disappointed family members. Instead of having a kitchen to prepare the food we packed, we now needed to eat out. It really was such an inconvenience, to the point of I wonder if we should have just stayed…but I can’t/couldn't justify the high nightly cost and not being able to use the pool.

My family and I stayed at this home from February 5th–February 13th, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish.The home was absolutely stunning, immaculately clean, very spacious, and it accommodated our family of four perfectly. The layout was ideal with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, nearly every bedroom having its own bathroom, spacious closets, and a huge laundry room, which was wonderful to have during our stay.The main living area (open layout between the living room and kitchen) was beyond spacious with great lighting and large windows that let in beautiful natural Vegas sunlight. The home was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything needed for day-to-day living.The backyard was a standout!! From the basketball area, pool and hot tub, outdoor patio and grilling space, and a large tiki hut where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The view of the Las Vegas Strip at night was especially stunning.The central location made everything very convenient. From shopping, the Strip, gas stations, and even quick and easy DoorDash deliveries.Vlad, our host, was absolutely wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He truly made the experience seamless and enjoyable.I would highly recommend this Vrbo and Vlad to anyone visiting the Henderson/Las Vegas area. We would absolutely stay here again!
