NOTE: we keep our thermostat locked at 72 degrees in summer months to conserve energy and also prevents the AC units from being overworked.

The Space:
Sit back and relax in our spacious, modern, updated 4 bedroom home. We have two king beds, a double bed and an office area with a futon, work desk and TV.

You will have your own private enclosed backyard and patio with a propane grill, plus a 2 car garage. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the garage. We provide laundry soap and dryer sheets.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire home to yourself, 2 car garage, as well as a private backyard and covered patio area.

The Neighborhood:
This home is nestled in a quiet, comfortable neighborhood. There is a park a block away where you can enjoy a walk in the warm weather and sunshine.

Getting Around:
You can Uber, drive or walk to many restaurants and shops nearby.

NO Pets
NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex. Please smoke on the street.
NO parties or events
Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM
Self-check-in with smart lock
Do not disturb neighbors
Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: Lost remote control (TV, Fan, A/C) will result in a $100 Charge
• FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
• FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every hour after 11 am is an additional $50.
• FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue.
• FEES: Blocking or covering entrance surveillance cameras will result in a $250 charge.

We don't live close by, but are always available for questions or concerns. We definitely make ourselves available in person as needed for specific requests or needs.
