This beautiful and spatious apartment is located in central Istra, in the village of Bašići, halfway between Poreč and Pazin.
Porec is a famous tourist destination where you can enjoy concerts, festivals and good beaches.
In Pazin you will find everything you need for your stay in Istria - ATMs, supermarkets, markets, restaurants and many cultural facilities.

Ein Traumhafter Urlaub im August 2023

Dieses Objekt war einfach perfekt für uns. Es ist alles genauso wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und sehr modern, schick und sauber. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Poolbereich mit vollausgestatteter Außenküche, Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und tollen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern (4,8,10 Jahre alt) angereist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und spricht perfekt Englisch. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist auch super. Mit dem Auto sind viele Restaurants, schöne Städte und Freizeitattraktionen gut zu erreichen. Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden :)

Traumurlaub

Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen, was an den sehr freundlichen Vermietern, der tollen Unterkunft, dem sehr schönen Pool und der Nähe zu den wunderschönen Städten lag. Auch nach dem Strandgang war der allabendliche Poolgang für die Kinder jedesmal ein Highlight. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals an die sehr gastfreundlichen Vermieter.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Kroatioen

Wir haben mit drei Familien, insgesamt sechs Erwachsene und fünf Kinder (1 bis 7 Jahre), unsere Ferien in dieser super schönen Anlage verbracht und uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es ist sehr sauber und von Waschmaschine und Trockner über die gängigen Küchengeräte bis hin zu Geschirr und diversen weiteren Küchenutensilien alles Nötige vorhanden. Das absolute Highlight ist der Poolbereich mit eigener Grillstelle, Außenküche, Kühlschrank und Toilette. Für uns war das super entspannt, die Kidz konnten im Wasser spielen, wir hatten sie stehts im Blick und dazu ein kühles Getränk and dem einladenden Tisch oder in der Lounge Genießen. Durch den beleuchtenden Pool, waren auch die Abende in einer schönen Atmosphäre und wir konnten in größerer Runde dort essen und bis tief in die Nacht sitzen. Die Entfernung zu diversen Strandabschnitten und nahegelegenen Ortschaften lässt sich je nach Ziel mit dem Auto problemlos in 20 bis 30 Minuten überwinden und war für uns absolut unproblematisch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die nette Gastgeberin, die sich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit um all unsere Belange gekümmert hat und uns zudem mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, wie Wein und Schinken aus eigener Herstellung, verwöhnt hat. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!
