Below the hill town of Pićan, just 15 kilometers from the beach, you will find this beautiful pool villa and its 1 hectare garden.

An open terrace with a grill and a dining table overlooks the pool, where you can spend most of your time in Istria.

The house consists of two houses on the ground floor (brown and yellow houses on the index photo). Both houses are very comfortably furnished. In total there are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet.

This arrangement of Villa Maslina offers a special opportunity for a larger group of friends or two families who want to spend the vacation together.

Beste Villa in Kroatien

Seit vielen Jahren fahre ich mit verschiedenen Gruppen und meiner Familie nach Kroatien in verschiedene Villen. Aber diese hier war seit über 9 Jahren mit Abstand die beste und schönste Villa in der ich jemals war. Außenrum ist wirklich nichts. Aber genau das war für uns richtig. Wir konnten Abends Musik hören wie wir wollten. Und trotzdem hat man innerhalb von 20-40minuten jede große Stadt in Istrien erreicht. Das gesamte Grundstück ist riesig und bis ins kleinste Detail mit Liebe dekoriert. Alleine der Empfang mit Käse, eigenem Olivenöl und eigenem Rot und Weißwein war das Highlight. Wir sind bereits am überlegen sie nächstes Jahr direkt wieder zu buchen.

Tolles Haus in einer attraktiven Gegend! Auch perfekt für Freundesgruppen geeignet. Dazu kommt noch die lobenswerte Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Insgesamt eine toller Urlaub!

great mansion(s) and very friendly owners

My friends and I (11 people in total) stayed here for 7 days and it was great First we got a warm welcome from the host-famliy with self-made wine and some food with self-made olive oil We had plenty of space in the houses as well as outside, otherwise we had no problems/shortcomings and we knew that we could have gotten help at all times The day of departure was very relaxed as well and there were no complications whatsoever, we could even buy some of the wine and oil which was great I can definitly recommend it, thanks for the good time

Amazing house and hosts

The house is exactly as described and ideal for a big group of friends, we had a lot of fun there. The hosts are really nice and everything about the check-in and check-out worked without a problem. We would definitely recommend it and consider visiting again!
