It has three separate bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), offering excellent comfort for a good night's sleep, and two with single beds (80 x 190 cm), ideal for children, teenagers or accompanying guests. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space while still leaving plenty of room for everyone to get together.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy your stay in complete independence: cooker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and complete crockery, including wine glasses for moments of sharing. The accommodation also includes sheets and towels, radiators, a television, WiFi, hangers, hot water, as well as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, ensuring comfort and safety throughout your stay. The two shower rooms make everyday life easier, which is particularly appreciated when staying with others.

Outside, the private patio extends the living space and allows you to enjoy al fresco dining thanks to the barbecue, ideal for sharing convivial moments.
