Villa Montbel is an architect-designed house first conceived as a private residence, then opened to a select few travellers. Inspired by the genius of Frank Lloyd Wright, it offers modern architecture, spacious volumes bathed in light and a rare atmosphere in Marrakech. Here, you do not simply book a villa, you settle into a lived-in work of art.

The accommodation

The property can accommodate up to 18 adults and 4 to 6 children in 9 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. This avoids last-minute compromises on who sleeps where.

Two large master suites have a double vanity, a bathtub and a dressing room. Each can accommodate two additional children in single beds or sofa beds, which is ideal for families who wish to stay together. Moreover, two ground floor rooms can receive additional single beds upon request, in order to adapt the configuration to your group.

The other rooms offer classic hotel comfort, with carefully chosen bedding, storage and private bathroom. Circulation between rooms remains fluid, which facilitates life for large tribes and groups of friends.

Outdoor Spaces & Leisure

Outside, the villa unfolds in the heart of a plot of approximately 19,450 m². The 20 x 20 m swimming pool naturally becomes the centre of gravity of the house, both for morning lengths and afternoon games. A large jacuzzi installed in the garden can accommodate up to 20 people and brings everyone together for aperitifs or the end of the day.

For playful moments, you will also find a ping-pong table, a trampoline and several installations in the trees, designed for children. On request, the villa's facade transforms into a screen to organise outdoor projections and create true cinema evenings under the stars.

The villa is rented with a hotel-type service, suitable for family or friends stays. Daily housekeeping is provided and a local team takes care of the garden and pool. Upon request, it is possible to arrange catering service at the villa, airport transfers, as well as activities and excursions around Marrakech. Villa Montbel is located along the Zaraba canal, in the countryside of Marrakech. The setting is peaceful, with vast open views and the Atlas Mountains as a backdrop.

By car, it takes approximately 25 minutes to reach the medina and the main points of interest in Marrakech. You can enjoy the silence of the countryside while remaining close enough for an impromptu lunch in the city, a shopping trip, or dinner in the most sought-after restaurants.
