Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 8 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Bedroom 11 sqm and with 2 single beds and TV. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the 15 sqm balcony. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. Šilo. The holiday house is situated on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
