Holiday house JAKOV is located on the east side of the island Hvar, next to the bay of Pakomina. Surrounded by a green landscape and vineyards it will amaze you with idyllic panorama of Adriatic, island of Brač and Middle Dalmatia coast. The front terrace is ideal for relaxing time with a good book and a glass of domestic wine.

The whole house is for rent and has 2 bedrooms, shower / WC, living and dining area with open kitchen - a unit and partly covered terrace with dining table for 6 persons.

 Surrounded by a large, well-kept garden with barbecue area, this is an ideal place for a romantic and relaxing holiday, away from crowds and noise. Your outdoor gatherings will fill in the barbecue area, where you can prepare a delicious meal for your loved ones.

Here you will love happy bird song and admire the beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Let yourself be pampered by the beauty of nature, the tranquility and the magnificent view.


A beach with bathing plateaus is just 20 meters directly under the house. It is accessible with the stone steps. It is suitable to enter the sea without stairs.

A fine pebble beach is only 400 meters away, in the neighboring bay Pakomina, where you will also find an excellent family restaurant. The hosts are fishermens, so you can always get a wide selection of freshly caught fish or enjoy fishing. You can spend your day in a beach bar.

The house is equipped with solar power (max 0,5 KW- for fridge, lights, mobile phones and laptop) and mosquito nets. The basic food delivery is organized twice a week - There is a mobile mini bus shop, traveling every 2 days where you can order bread, water, milk, fruits, vegetables by a phone call.

The beautiful pebble beach and the azure blue sea attract all visitors for a dip in the water. Guests who prefer "Robinson tourism" can find accommodation here. Surrounded by a green landscape and vineyards, you will be astonished by the idyllic panorama of the Adriatic and the coast of central Dalmatia.

The island can be reached by ferry from the port of Drvenik to the port of Sucuraj and leaves every hour. About 50 km from the house is one of the most popular Croatian tourist centers - Hvar town, resort of the famous actors and businessmen of Holywood.
