This functional and modern holiday home is located in the village on a hill above the town of Makarska.

Surrounded by pine and olive trees, Holiday Home Drago offers spectacular panoramic sea views, perfect relaxation and fun.

This modern holiday home with pool in Makarska offers accommodation for 8 + 2 persons in 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. House location is ideal for families and friends who want to spend their holidays together.

It consists of two units connected by external stairs. One is on the ground floor and the second is on the first and second floors.

200 m2 of living space is divided as follows:

On the ground floor you will find a bedroom, a bathroom and a small dining room with kitchen.

In the 1. floor expect a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining & living area with sofa bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the balcony of the floor you can enjoy a spectacular view over the sea and the nearby islands of Brac and Hvar.

Two further bedrooms and a bathroom are in the 2nd.floor. Bedrooms are each with a single bed (sofa) for a child.

Outside:

Directly in front of the house is a spacious furnished terrace and directly in front of it the highlight of the estate, the approximately 30 m² swimming pool. The pool area is equipped with a covered seating area high quality garden furniture, sun loungers, parasols, garden shower. The garden with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and pine trees is beautifully landscaped.

The beautiful pebbly beaches of Makarska are about 2.5 km away - popular with families with small children. Nearby is also fantastic restaurant Panorama Grill with excellent guest reviews, which also offers free organized transfer service to/from restaurant.
