This beautiful new, high-end villa for 8 persons with 3 en-suite bedrooms, fully covered with AC units, heated (May - November) 36 square meters pool surrounded with beautiful nature and giant top of the line jacuzzi is situated in picturesque village called Runovici near city of Imotski and its well know world attractions Red and Blue lake. If you are searching for property that will provide you with style and luxury and that is situated in peaceful and calm area surrounded by beautiful nature, look no more - you are on the right place.

Our villa is brand new and it consists of more than 200 square meters of inner space and more than 800 square meters of outside area. It has totally 4 bedrooms, of which 3 are double beds and last one has two single beds. Three master bedrooms are with en-suite bathrooms and fully covered with AC units. Big, stylish, cozy living room and dinning area with modern fully equipped kitchen will make you feel like a millionaire. We put our heart and our soul in building this property and we looked after every detail to provide best possible experience for our guests.
For all ping pong lovers we have great outdoor table tennis table and for all gamers we have PS4 with a PSN subscription. Additionally we have dartboard and foosball table too. Villa is available for pets. Two parking spots are available at the property.

******Newest addition for 2023.: giant top of the line jacuzzi, gaming room with playing console, foosball table and dart.

Great villa and the nicest host I have ever met

The villa is lovely, really well looked after due to being individual owners who were just incredibly kind and helpful. A really well equipped villa with so many extras being thought about to make life easier. The owners were on hand and when I needed help they were amazingly kind. Such incredible hosts and a wonderful place to stay, the pool temperature was the best I’ve ever experienced over many years (not too hot or too cold) and the jacuzzi was amazing too. A big thank you to the owners from all of us.

Wunderschönes Haus!

Das Haus war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, und uns hat es an wirklich gar nichts gefehlt! Die große Außenanlage mit dem richtig tollen Pool und Jacuzzi war super! Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag früh morgens gereinigt. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wären bei Problemen und Fragen jederzeit für uns da gewesen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank Josip & Ana

Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Uns haben sehr nette Gastgeber begrüßt, die man jederzeit erreichen konnte, die uns bestens mit umliegenden Informationen zu Lokalitäten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten versorgt haben. Der Kühlschrank war zur Ankunft gut gefüllt, wir erhielten seitens der Gastgeber regelmäßig frisches Obst und Gemüse und wurden mit einem leckeren kroatischen Gericht bekocht. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles war sehr sauber, sehr modern und neuwertig eingerichtet. Zu dem konnte man den Pool, Whirlpool und Tischtennisplatte sowie vieles mehr jederzeit nutzen. Das Haus ist etwas abgelegen und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in diesem Haus und sehr zu empfehlen.

Beste Unterkunft die ich bis jetzt hatte!

Das Haus sowie der Pool und der gesamte Aussenbereich war sauber und perfekt bepflegt. Kein Pfusch beim Bau oder schlechte Reperaturen von irgendwelchen Sachen. Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hat an unserem letzten abend sogar für uns ein sehr leckeres Kroatisches Gericht gekocht. Die Ausstattung vom haus ist auch überdurchschnittlich. Von Brotschneidemaschine über Fahrräder, Nähkasten, Waffeleisen, Auflaufformen, Trockner, Waschmaschine,... war alles vorhanden. Hab ich so noch nie erlebt, echt der Wahnsinn! Da die Unterkunft etwas abseits gelegen ist kann man Abends auch mal lauter werden ohne das sich jemand beschwert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Im großen und ganzen echt zu empfehlen!

Wir waren super zufrieden. 😊 Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber sehr zuvorkommend. Bei unserer Anreise hatten wir ein gefüllten Obstkorb, frisches Brot, Aufschnitt und Wein vorgefunden. Wir wurden sogar einen Abend bekocht. Bei Fragen oder Wünschen wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur jedem wärmsten empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle für wunderschöne 11 Tage und bis bald!!

Perfekte Wohlfühloase

Nach mehr als einen Tag Reise sind wir von Fam. Bocic sehr warmherzig empfangen worden. Obstkorb, Külschrank waren gefüllt. Das moderne Haus war sauber und gekühlt, mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool ist konstant warm und wird alle 2 Tage zusätzlich gereinigt. Wenn es Fragen gibt, ist der Vermieter immer bereit zu helfen. Selbst mit Adressen für Restaurants und Einkausmöglichkeiten wurden wir versorgt. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Ferienhaus! Der Pool und die Einrichtung ließen keine Wünsche offen! Wer gerne sich zu Hause fühlen und Urlaub machen will, ist hier richtig! Herrlicher Urlaub in Runovic

Das Objekt hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus entspricht den Abbildungen und uns erwartete ein voller Obstkorb sowie Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber und wohnlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und die Gastfreundlichkeit.
