The ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday with a lot of privacy. Some of the most beautiful beaches of Makarska Riviera can be reached in just half an hour. Imotski is a picturesque little town known for its unique red, blue lakes and Vrljika River. This is a unique location for nature lovers, adventure lovers and families!

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a spacious kitchen and a living room and is ideal for larger groups or families as it can comfortably accommodate 12 people. The house has a large outdoor pool with sun loungers and plenty of space for fun and outdoor recreation. Outside is a spacious terrace, a barbecue area and dining area, a children's playground and an outdoor shower.

The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.
For families with small children, this home offers a high chair and cot, a Smart TV for those who enjoy Netflix until late at night.

Ein sehr schönes Haus - Top Zustand mit großem Pool

Wer ein Haus abseits des Tourismus sucht ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Ländlich gelegen und dennoch das Meer in ca. 40 Minuten in Reichweite. Tolle Buchten und Strände rund um Brela. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut, alles in Reichweite, mit dem Auto max. 10 Minuten. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle Raumaufteilung. Viel Platz auf 2 Etagen. Für 10 Personen perfekt, 5 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder. Der große Wohnbereich und vor allem 2 große Kühlschränke bieten viel Platz… Die überdachte Terrasse ist perfekt zum Frühstücken und Abendessen. Der große Pool bringt Spaß für die ganze Familie. Auf den großen Holzkohlegrill kommen Fisch und hervorragendes Fleisch vom Metzger. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dank „Josefh“ kannten wir die guten Adressen für den Einkauf und das Abendessen. Einfach Fragen und er zeigt Euch wo Ihr was findet. Das steht in keinem Reiseführer! Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Sehr schönes Haus , tolle Gastgeber

Das Haus wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Der check in war pünktlich, vorherige Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer lief reibungslos. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Wir wurden sogar auf kroatisch bekocht.Danke nochmals dafür , es war super lecker.Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig aber dennoch erreicht man in wenigen Autominuten alles was man braucht ( Lebensmittel , Restaurants , Apotheken...) . Zur Riviera braucht man ca 35 min also alles in einem ein toller Urlaub . Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus war sehr schön und sauber, man hatte alles notwendige vor Ort. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und war bei einem Problem mit der Spülmaschine sofort da und versorgte einen noch mit selbst angebauten Gemüse- wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind gut - der nächste Lidl ist in 8 Minuten Fahrtzeit schnell zu erreichen. Alles in allem top - nur zu empfehlen!
