Three Bedroom Apartment in a quiet/safe neighborhood. Designed for long term travelers. Central and minutes away from San Deigo Attractions! Plenty of street parking in cul-de-sac. Bay Park neighborhood is known for its closeness to the 4600-acre waterways, walkable shoreline & parks, Seaworld, many swimmable beaches, jet skiing & sailing. Walkable to local restaurants. Easy access to freeways I-5, I-8, & major freeways.

Guests will have the entire 1000 SF lower-level guest apartment with private kitchen, living areas, 1.75 baths and 3 bedrooms (3 queen beds). Updated new kitchen makes the place feel bright! Owner lives on the upper level with their own entry and space. There is no shared living space.

Buen lugar buena ubicación

Es un anexo de la casa del padre, los pequeños problemas que se presentaron el primer día de plomería y temperatura del aire se solventaron. El garage no se puede usar para el auto, allí se encuentra la lavadora y secadora.

Roomy and Cozy

Our family of five had plenty of room in this cozy three bedroom on a quiet, peaceful street away from the tourist noise. We were close to all the San Diego attractions and beaches while feeling safe with our kids. The host responds quickly to inquiries and is very helpful and nice. We hope to stay here again.

Loved the place. Enough room for all of us.

Overall it was great. Close to places we wanted to see. Could use more trash bags available and a plug for the bathtub. .The router for the internet use needs to be checked. The movies watched kept going out. Thanks Susan
