Very nice place to stay

Great place to stay for a few days. Very convenient to the airport, Little Italy, etc… Nice neighborhood as well, and property was very clean

The communication with the host was excellent. I received quick replies. I was a little disappointed in how the pictures that were showed of the property and the actual property were different. However, we did enjoy our overnight stay. Other than that, it was a smooth process.

Great location

Everything is super close to this location: little italy, sea world, coronado, the airport, downtown, etc... we loved the place and we are hoping to book it again on our next visit to SD.

Our host was very accommodating, we will definitely be staying here another time. The location can be tricky at some points but once you get familiar you can get around town easily. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back in the near future!

Very close and convenient to the airport, so getting to and from the airport is easy! We were there for a conference at the SD Convention Center…easy drive if you go down the hill and turn left.The host/hostess for this property was attentive and stayed one step ahead to make the check in/out process easy!Very clean and the complimentary Keurig and creamers was much appreciated. The A/C ran well and in combo with the ceiling fans, worked great! Water pressure in the shower was GREAT…and it drains immediately, which is a plus for me! Parking on the hill is usually available as the host/hostess reports and does not cost.

Close to everything

This vacation rental was clean and had all the essentials you need for a short stay. The location is walking distance to little italy and very close to the airport. Ample parking is available on the street.

Walkable and Enjoyable

For not having a car, it was a great location to access Little Italy, Balboa Park and the Waterfront. If you like to walk this is a good spot. The steep hill ends up being good exercise. And even though you see and hear the plans fly over, we didn’t find it to be too loud at all. Slept just fine at night. Host communicated frequently and the place was clean. Had kcups and creamer too which was a plus. Would stay here again!

Disappointing

The description in the ad said "Cozy". It was more than just cozy, it was cramped. The space between the toilet and the bathtub did not give enough room for our knees. It needs to be redone with a shower and no bathtub. The kitchen cannot fit 2 people without hitting each other. I was disappointed that they would not allow us to check in early without a 50.00 additional fee.

Cozy apartment in a great location

My friend and I spent three days in this apartment. Everything was very clean and there are basic essentials for use. There was only one wine glass but when we called, they sent someone over with some more. In general, the hosts were very responsive. It was a little chilly while we were in San Diego so we didn’t make much use of the back patio, but it’s nice that it’s there. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment is just a short (steep) walk from Little Italy. As other reviews have stated the bathroom is super tiny and the apartment looks smaller than the pictures suggest but it was fine for us. It’s near the airport, but we weren’t bothered by flight noise inside.
