Great location! Comfortable beds and convenience. Excellent comunicación with host. Apt got a bit hot the last few days, but it has been unusual weather for this time of year.

Place was pretty clean, but could be improved. We came during a heat wave and the single A/C unit just couldn’t keep up. Rooms were so hot that it was uncomfortable to sleep at night, even with fans. That being said, I imagine this is rarely a problem given the perfect weather San Diego usually has. Location is convenient. Not far from train, airport, and downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay for location and convenience. The overall layout is nice, but the property is very tired. Furniture is in rough shape and the deck/front porch needs some work. We needed to do laundry-getting down to that area is very tricky. Also, the outdoor furniture is in bad shape. For the price in this area I suppose this is the norm?? Had a good trip but wouldn’t stay here again.

Great place to stay!

I had a wonderful stay with friends at the GOATHOTE apartment! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a great location in close proximity to the airport, downtown, and beach areas. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little place!

Stayed here for a couple weeks while I was in town and loved this little place. Great & safe location, very responsive landlords, and just overall cozy and cute!

Great home base!

This place was perfect for a downtown home base! The beds are super comfy, and the outdoor space is so cute! I would absolutely stay there again.

San Diego Visit

Stayed 5 days on a visit to San Diego to see our son. The place met our needs very well. The location was great to be able to walk to Little Italy and the downtown areas. Would stay again next time we visit San Diego!

Family getaway

The apartment is so perfect for a San Diego getaway. We were here with my 8 month old baby and my mom. Nice location and very clean. Great kitchen and living room area. Would definitely stay again!

Great little apartment

The property was what we expected. Great location, central to everything. The hill it is on is steep, but we worked with it. It is near the airport, so you hear planes a lot, but we got used to it. Overall, we were pleased with the stay.

Overall good

Overall the stay was nice. The rooms were clean. But it was a bit cramped and dated. The TV remote volume quit and I couldn't turn the tv down.

Location

The location to MCRD and the airport is great! However, if you have elderly family staying in the unit as well, you may want to re-think that. The unit is located on an incredibly steep hill and there are steps up to the front door.

A coworker and I visited the San Diego area to attend a professional conference. The folks at GOATHOTE, LLC were fantastic! They were communicative and helpful, their apartment is well-maintained and perfectly situated to many sites, restaurants, and activities in the San Diego area. Plane spotting

It's a small 2-bd place on a hill. Clean. There is street parking. Not for light sleepers though (as mentioned) as it's located in the landing path of airplanes and near a busy freeway. 10 minutes walk to little Italy. It served us well.

Quick family trip to San Diego

The property was as described, and clean and tidy inside. There was a slight odor indoors and a very strong urine odor on the porch area and outside the condo-it seems maybe there is a nearby homeless population that may sleep near the condo. We were only there long enough to sleep and shower and thankfully the beds were very comfortable.

Charming apartment

The place was really charming and just the right amount of space for 3 adults. Great location in San Diego as it was central to everything we wanted to do and felt very safe in this location. It had a very small bathroom which was accurately described in their listing. The beds were very comfortable. Even though you are by the airport and the freeway, it was fairly quiet in the unit. I never had issues sleeping. The filtered water in the frig was an added bonus.

USMC Graduate

The location and management were exceptional. They had rapid responses and always kind. The only problem was the kitchen dishes. We had to wash everything we used because it was all dirty. We believe it was from the visitors before because the entire place was extremely clean. Thank you and we would recommend the property to all.
