On the ground floor, you will find a modern and functional open-plan kitchen, as well as a spacious living area opening onto a canal-side terrace and a small garden secured with a safety gate.
Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (canal side): 140 cm double bed, private shower room, and a small sea view.
Bedroom 2 (street side): two single beds, private bathroom with WC.
Please note:
Mooring space of 10 m x 3.30 m directly in front of the terrace
Numbered parking space located in front of the house

A lovely house, ideally located just steps from the beach, perfect for fully enjoying Port Grimaud.
NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included for all reservations finalized and paid at least 7 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, linen is not provided.
Please specify the number of beds used so the appropriate linen can be prepared.

-Linen delivered in packs according to the number of guests; bed-making service available at an additional cost
-Linen change available upon request at least 2 weeks in advance (paid service)
