The apartment is in a great location. Central in Samoens, with a car park a few minutes walk away. Walking to the ski bus stop(s) takes 5-10 minutes. The apartment had been newly refurbished. It’s a great size, very spacious with more storage than you could ever need. However, it appeared that the refurbishment had been rushed presumably for our arrival. As a result, when we stayed there were no window coverings up. As a result a lack of curtains in the bedrooms was a real problem: no privacy whatsoever. There are street lights outside the windows which disturbed our sleep. This may have been rectified. Unfortunately the host didn’t rectify it whilst we were there, despite emailing on two occasionsThe toilet smelled strongly of cigarettes, probably due to a ventilation vent. There were bare light bulbs (no shades)There was only a two-seater sofa bed and a few armchairs in the living room, not enough space to relax after a day of skiing. Nicely decorated, with a lovely kitchen and a modern spacious bathroom oh and a useful washing machine
