TrĂšs grosse dĂ©ception. L'annonce prĂ©cisait que l'appartement Ă©tait rĂ©novĂ© et calme, 2 promesses non tenues. L'appartement est en bordure de la route menant Ă  Sixt Fer Ă  cheval, trĂšs passante, avec au pied de l'immeuble 2 parking d'oĂč un bruit permanent trĂšs pĂ©nible en Ă©tĂ© fenĂȘtres ouvertes. L'appartement est entretenu mais il n'est pas rĂ©novĂ©. Sa conception est ancienne, manque rĂ©el de confort (aucun siĂšge confortable), rangement absents ou mal conçus, peintures Ă©caillĂ©es, Ă©lectricitĂ© obsolĂšte (manque de prises, Ă©clairage de la SDB,...), mobilier extĂ©rieur bon pour la dĂ©charge, etc... Dans son Ă©tat actuel, mauvais rapport qualitĂ© prix

Bon appart ! Quelques détails à prendre en compte.

A savoir : les deux lits du haut (mezzanine) sont séparées par une cloison amovible (et bruyante quand on la déplace). L'espace avec le lit gigogne n'est PAS cloisonné par rapport à l'escalier et donc au salon de rez-de-chaussée. C'est donc compliqué d'y placer un bébé (qui se couche plus tÎt que les autres). D'autant plus que le velux (qui donne sur cet espace) a été réparé avec les moyens du bord et laisse donc passer la lumiÚre le matin. A savoir également : la terrasse est exposée de telle façon que le soleil donne rarement dessus (en fin de journée en fait). A part ça, RAS !

Emplacement idéal proche centre ville, ski bus, télécabine... Appartement conforme à l'annonce.. un bon coup de rajeunissement serait le bienvenu..avec l ajout d étagÚres dans la piÚce de vie ainsi qu un miroir dans la chambre ... Des petits détails ..mais qui ont leur importance dans les petites surfaces ..Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette jolie station authentique et animée.. !

Appartement nécessitant rénovation complÚte

HabituĂ©s Ă  sĂ©journer Ă  SamoĂ«ns, l'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, par rapport aux remontĂ©es pour le domaine skiable et par rapport au centre du village. Il nĂ©cessite cependant une rĂ©novation complĂšte au niveau des sanitaires et de la cuisine. Nous ne nous sommes pas sentis trĂšs Ă  l'aise dans ce logement Ă  cause de la vĂ©tustĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale et de la propretĂ© de la vaisselle, les ustensiles de cuisine usagĂ©s (poĂȘles Ă  revĂȘtement tĂ©flon inutilisables, poĂȘlons de l'appareil Ă  raclette Ă©galement trĂšs abimĂ©s et sales), vis dangereuses pour les pieds sur le parquet devant la salle de bain, lunette des WC trĂšs abimĂ©e,.... Il y a pourtant un gros potentiel pour ce logement !!!
