The apartment has a living space of approx. 45 sqm. The rooms are flooded by the large windows. In good weather you can relax on the terrace and let your eyes wander. The scent of spring, summer and autumn flows over the property. From the kitchen you can look over meadows and the village, from the other large window and from the bedroom you have a wonderful view of the garden. In the bright season you can enjoy the greens of the mixed forest and in the winter the snow glistens.

In the morning at breakfast, you can still see light fogging under the first sunrays. If your desire for grilling suddenly comes up ... no problem. A charcoal grill can be set up in minutes. The cozy garden furniture then lead to a small nap. So the day passes here in the heather in wonderfully relaxing calm.

Even in winter, the apartment offers a cozy, cozy atmosphere. In the snow you can see a wonderful white winter landscape. The white glittering surfaces are only interrupted by some animal tracks. Here, foxes, hares, hedgehogs, deer, deer and of course many bird species not only say good night, but also during the day often catch a glimpse of otherwise rarely seen. After an invigorating walk through the white winter world, with clear, clean air, you will receive the cozy warmth of the apartment again and let you forget the cold.

Several parking spaces are available at the apartment.

Pets are also very comfortable here. The property makes every dog ​​heart beat faster and also the master, resp. Mistress can be reassured, because the property is surrounded by a fence about 1.7 m high. For your viebeinige companion a small rent of 8 € per day must be paid.

The interiors

Entering through the glass door the apartment from the north side you enter a hall with a spacious wardrobe.

Opposite the entrance door is the turquoise - white bathroom with a spacious rain shower.

On the right hand side is the living room, which is kept in cozy red-orange. The kitchen section offers the possibility to realize for most cooking wishes. In the living area there is a comfortable pull-out sofa, which sleeps 2 persons. From here, the TV, DVD and CD player can be used.

Opposite the bedroom are a French double bed and a single bed. Here is also a baby cot place. A large wardrobe provides enough storage space for all residents.

Games, DVDs, and books appropriate to the age of your children are on site and also you will not be short.

The property

Quotation of a guest: A gem in the Lüneburger Heide!

The large pond, 60m from the house, is not fenced and not separated. Parents have to take care of their children and stick.
They make holidays on a completely fenced dream property of approximately 4 ha area directly at the nature reserve.
To get to your apartment, turn right at the sign "Huus ton witten Barg" into our small private street and you will see the large double-glazed garden gate at a distance. Behind the gate stretches a mostly well-mown lawn, on which can be gorgeous.
To the left, the mixed forest begins with cool trails, where wild blueberries and many different ferns grow in some places. Here and there a bank invites you to linger. Somewhere in the forest you will also find a trolley box ... let yourself be surprised.
On the west side of the property is a large bilberry field, where you can buy berries in summer or even pick your own. Then it goes down to the right to the pond, which is about 400 square meters. There you will find cozy seating areas from which you have a wonderful view over the pond and the adjacent fields. You can also sit comfortably in the hammock under a huge oak tree and a large birch and let yourself be easily swayed by the wind, until you relax asleep.
Then head back eastwards, past the greenhouse, look right over a lawn with old trees, left over the fields and return to your apartment after only a few meters.


The heath

Leaving the property, the first heath areas lie about 2 km away. You can drive directly to the areas by car and park there. The walk there is always worth, especially from the beginning of August to the end of September. Then you can often see the heather bloom.
In Wesel we have a large herd of sheep's snake, which sometimes even reaches our fence.
The Heidschnuckenweg is a 223 km long long distance hiking trail, which is about 1 km behind our house and was chosen as the most beautiful hiking trail in Germany in 2014. It leads north-south direction through the Lüneburger Heide from the station Hamburg-Neugraben-Fischbek to the castle Celle in Celle. Around the holiday house, there are of course also many other ways to walk through paths through heather, forest and field.
You can also go by bike in all directions. 700 m from the house is the bus stop of the Heideshuttles, which regularly runs through the heath during the season. You can take bicycles and get on and off where you want and all for free
Wesel is close to the Wilseder Berg, and there is the possibility to visit many picturesque heath villages.


Nearby cities
Small towns worth a visit: Buchholz (15km), Winsen Luhe (40km) and Lüneburg (60km). All cities are worth a Kurztrip, but especially Lueneburg with its picturesque old town is recommended.
Major cities in the wider area are Hamburg (60km), Bremen (100km) and Hanover (120km).
Hamburg is a traditional seafaring town, famous for its Elbe, Alster, Elbphilharmonie, Miniatur Wunderland (largest model railway), Speicherstadt, Hagenbek, Rathaus, Reeperbahn, Hafen, the Elbe, musical city and much more.
Bremen, a little smaller than Hamburg, but equally connected to the maritime journey, also offers the visitor a lot of attractions: the Weser, the Schnoor, the town hall with a historical market square, the Bremen city musicians, the Schlachte, the Roland, the Böttcherstraße, the Bremnale and the Universum , To name only a few.
Hanover, the capital of Lower Saxony, scores points among other things through the Herrenhausen Gardens, the Zoological Garden, the Maschsee, the largest Schützenfestival, the fairs, the Sprengel Museum and the Town Hall.

The Elbe
You can make a wonderful day when you drive into the Alte Land, direction Elbe. For apple and Cherry blossom marvel at the never-ending sea of ​​flowers, and later you buy the products of the local fruit-growers on the street.
On the Elbe you can enjoy the fresh smell in the spring or enjoy regional specialties in one of the other good restaurants.
