Situated on the 18th floor, you will find yourself in one of the most desirable studios in Coconut Grove. The set up is 1 Queen size bed along with a queen pull out Sofa. Perfect for a group of 4. There is no Daily room service in this condo hotel, but you will be able to enjoy all the amenities that the hotel provides. POOL, GYM, ETC.

This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood in a condo-hotel, go out for morning runs by the marina, it would not be rare to see peacocks walking the streets.

Great view, easy parking, lots of restaurants nearby. Only one thing, no shampoo, and the front desk refused to offer any because it’s a condo. They were not helpful when it was late and the family realized there was no shampoo. Make sure to stock up on your own. Definitely very nice place to stay

Great room & location

Perfect room size for one to two people with awesome views. Location is great with tons of walkable amenities. Will be staying here again on my next trip!
