The bbq area and grills showed visible lack of maintenance. The grills looked as no one took care of them at all. Could have used a trash can as there were multiple bags old charcoal etc. laying around. I made do with some effort.

Couple things : Great location, Condo had everything we needed except an extra blanket. Opportunities: too many notices regarding early and late check in/out, and extra stay offer. One notification is fine. 11 am check out would be better than 10. Coffee and dishes needed cleaning. I ended up cleaning coffee pot and running vinegar through it. Dishes had soap stuck on them I just washed them. I dropped something behind nightstand and when I moved it there was a lot of dirt behind it. I just swept it up. Toaster only toasts on one side. Might want to consider getting another one as I saw it mentioned on another review of this condo. Hope this helps.

Lodgings were as expected. However weather was so windy n cold beach time was very limited. Even time at the pool was too chilly to spend a lot of time.

Not clean!

It was not clean the trim and walls, cabinets all had stuff all over them the bathroom was the worst. The sheets had marks on them.
