New Construction 4BR/4.5 beachside home on St. George Island, FL. Enjoy a laid back vacation, in this brand new spacious, beachside home on the coveted uncrowded, East end.
3 King Master Suites, 1 bunk room, with a set of full bunk beds and a set of twin bunk beds! Private boardwalk to the white sandy beach! You’re so close, you’ll hear the relaxing waves and often see the dolphins playing.

Expansive great room, with room for everyone to gather! Two huge covered porches. The beachside deck includes numerous Polywood Adirondack chairs and a bar-height dining table and chairs. The front porch/deck includes 2 connected bar-height Adirondack chairs with a small table. Take the private boardwalk, to the powdery white sandy beach. Enjoy the outdoor shower with foot wash, at days end.

The home boasts an expansive open living/dining/kitchen floor plan with an abundance of comfortable seating. Natural light fills the space with grand views of the turquoise Gulf, through large sliding doors.

The well-appointed chef's kitchen enjoys high end, Whirlpool black stainless-steel appliances, with a convection oven, smooth cooktop, dishwasher and a huge preparation island. The large dining table, seats 8 (and can expand larger), with additional seating for 4 at the counter bar stools, perfect for large groups. An adjacent coffee/wet bar with sink, has a Keurig single-serve coffee maker and a beverage refrigerator.

You'll find plenty of comfortable seating, in the Great Room with a wall mounted 65” large SMART flat screen TV. TV has Youtube TV subscription, to view your favorite sporting events and shows, along with streaming options (using your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon prime, etc.) perfect for movie night! Exit the living area to the massive covered porch, with Gulf views, additional seating and a dining table, for hours of chats and wonderful meals outdoors!

The first (West) King master bedroom enjoys a full private ensuite bathroom, with dual shower heads and an amazing view of the Gulf from the large sliding glass doors that open onto the expansive beachside deck. This master also has an East facing window that provides fabulous views of sunrises, without leaving the comfortable, custom made king size bed! This master suite has a large wall-mounted 50” SMART TV!

The second (East) King master, enjoys a full private ensuite bathroom with a huge shower, a 50” flat wall-mounted SMART TV, as well as direct access, via sliding doors, to the huge Gulfview beachside covered porch.

The third (East) King suite, faces the front of the home, has a beautiful ensuite bath with glass shower, a desk/work area and a wall-mounted SMART TV.

The 4th bedroom offers a bunk room with a set of twin bunks and a set of full bunk beds, a wall-mounted SMART TV with a full bath in the hallway, just outside the bunk-room. All bedrooms have blackout curtains.

The large welcoming entry foyer has a bench seat with baskets that contain beach towels for guest use. There is also an oversized laundry room, with a large capacity washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, laundry basket and folding area, just off of the great room.

A beach wagon/cart, with beach toys, is available for guest use!

Whether exploring the Island on bicycle or paddle-board, searching for shells on the miles and miles of award-winning unspoiled sugar sand beaches, or curling up with a good book and a refreshing beverage, this fabulous beachside mini-resort, delivers the best of the Forgotten Coast!

This amazing East End location, is very popular among vacation guests because this part of the beach, can only be accessed by guests, staying on the East end or walking over a mile from the nearest public beach access area. There is no public parking in this area, as a result, this section of beach is uncrowded.

There is a multi-use bike/walking path in front of the home that connects the entire Island, local shops, restaurants & nightlife. The St. George Lighthouse Museum and playground are a bike ride away. Shopping, culinary and arts scene of charming and historic Apalachicola, is just a 20 minute drive.

This area of the island, with the quiet uncrowded beach, has families and friends returning year after year!

The exterior of this home offers under house, concrete parking with covered entry & EV charger.

There are up to four covered parking spaces under the home and on the drive for guest use.

Located on the quiet East End of St. George island; an easy walk to the state park, via the beach or the paved bike path.

Bike or walking friendly. There is a bike/walking path, in front of the house that goes from the East end state park, to the west end of the island. Golf cart rentals are available on the island. Road friendly golf-carts (with a license plate, also known as low speed vehicles) are available for rent on the island and may be driven on Gulf Beach Dr. It is important that guests rent (or bring) golfcarts that have a license plate, to avoid any ordinance violations.

If you drive an EV, bring any adapter required.

We are from Illinois, we have been visiting SGI for years with our family. We fell in love with the Island, its laidback vibe and the friendly folks, who call the Panhandle home. It has been a longtime dream to own a home here.

Why they chose this property

We looked at many properties over several years. We wanted a property with great views, direct access to the beach and a newer home, preferably on the East End. We weren't able to find a home that met all those desires, so we purchased a beachside lot and began building. We are incredibly detail oriented, so we designed the house with things we would want in a beach home for our family. Since we live so far away, we can’t be here as often as we would like, so we’ve decided to rent it to guests, who will take care great care of it. We’d love to share it with you. You can see from our reviews, we have had fabulous guests, who have done just that. We are grateful for our loyal guests!

What makes this property unique

The house sits on the coveted, quiet, east end of St. George Island. It is not near any public access points, as a result, the beach in front of our home, is only occupied, by folks who are staying on the East End. We love the quiet and unpopulated beach! The sunrises are heaven sent, be sure to get up at least one day of your visit, to see it! Tom built a private boardwalk that starts at our home and in less than 80 steps, you are on the sand! The home also features an hot/cold outdoor shower/foot wash, so you can wash the sand off, prior to coming back into the house. The huge back deck facing the Gulf, has amazing views, especially from the numerous Adirondack bar-height chairs! The large front porch boasts incredible sunset views! We are excited to share, we have a pool now installed! It has a large sun shelf and is absolutely gorgeous! Make a reservation to come see it for yourself! Many of our guests return the next year.
