Welcome to A Place of Grace, experience the ultimate beachfront getaway at this exquisite beachfront home located in the beautiful Sunset Beach community. With its private boardwalk leading directly to the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico, a private hot tub, and charming coastal decor, this home offers the perfect setting for a memorable vacation with your loved ones. Up the stairs, a spacious level with an open kitchen, living area and two dining areas with beachfront windows overlooking the beach welcoming you to the spacious furnished deck.

Newly remodeled kitchen with Keurig, well stocked.

Private bayfront king bedroom with hall bath featuring a tub/shower combo with deck access overlooking the Bay.
Step out to the covered deck with chaise loungers and down the beachfront stairs direct access to the boardwalk leading to the sand.

Interior 2nd Level-
Step up the stairs and you have the laundry room at the top of the stairs.
On the bayside of the home you have two bedrooms both featuring a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on the top both open onto the deck overlooking the Bay. These two bedrooms share a bath featuring a tub/shower combo.
East beachfront King master on this level opens onto the top level deck featuring a master bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
West beachfront King master on this level opens on the top level deck featuring a master bath with shower only.

It was great to have a pet-friendly house right on the beach. The house was very big and accommodated all 8 of us very comfortably. The view was fabulous and would highly recommend this place. The only improvements that could be made is the house needs some tender loving care. A fresh coat of paint, window seals need attention, upgrade the lock box, and ensure the fireplace is working with the remote.
