You are 15 minutes from the first beaches and in the heart of many bike trails.
The annex of the house (50m2) invites family reunions, wellness stays, professional meetings and offers a creative residence space.

The independent cottage of 65 m2 can accommodate up to 2 adults.
It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 1 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet and a laundry area (washing machine).
A space in the garden is dedicated to the cottage to take meals, sunbathe or take a nap in the shade of the birch trees.
A private swimming pool is at your disposal
