Completely renovated, this 160 m² house offers all the comfort needed to accommodate up to 8 travellers in a warm atmosphere. You will enjoy modern and functional facilities, designed for a hassle-free stay. Outside, a vast space awaits you with a superb 10x4 m swimming pool, a large garden, garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy summer evenings. It is the ideal starting point for discovering the treasures of Périgord Noir.



The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 25/09.



Inside, discover a spacious living area of 42 m² beautifully decorated. The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction hobs), provides everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker are also at your disposal. Share your meals around the indoor table or prefer the outdoor one in fine weather. Enjoy the two lounge areas of the accommodation: one has a sofa and a television, the other a large sofa installed near the fireplace. Finally, a games room area, with board games for all ages as well as books, is located at the back of the living area.



The accommodation has 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – on the ground floor: a king-size bed (180x190cm) and a large wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 – upstairs: a large bedroom of 34 m² with a king-size bed (180x190 cm), a single bed (90x190 cm) and a desk.

Bedroom 3 – upstairs: a large bedroom of 22 m² with a king-size bed (180x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm).



The accommodation has a bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, heated towel rail and toilet on the ground floor.



A washing machine, a tumble dryer, a travel cot and a high chair are also at your disposal.



You will be able to park easily in the accommodation's courtyard and will benefit from a secure space to store your bicycles.
