The entire unit is available to you. Blocks from the lift. Short walk to the restaurants. I am a college professor (Nietzsche) who along with my brother (real estate lawyer) purchased a few condos and upgraded them. Primarily because we came here years ago before we started families and our memories of the place kept bringing us back. My daughter came here every year of her childhood and we love the place.
Why they chose this property
This condo has space for everyone and the location near the lifts give parents time to enjoy their vacation because they aren't spending all day just shuttling people back and forth. We love the big deck which opens the space and gives you more dining and entertainment options. We only want top floor when we rent as it offers several advantages---tall soaring ceilings-and no one walking around at 2 am partying-or up at 5 am getting ready to head out! As light sleepers that always ruins are vacations so we enjoy not having that issue here! It is worth the walk up.
What makes this property unique
The bathrooms have bluetooth lights so you can sing in the shower! The sound bars and extra speakers the kids love to set up if you bring a gaming system for the two separate television areas...
