❝Immaculately clean, very comfortable and inviting - just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and peaceful but still close enough to town to do everything you need to do. Ethan and David are amazing hosts and you can tell take a lot of pride in their rental and do everything they can to make you feel like you’re home away from home. Would definitely recommend and will certainly stay here again.❞

Loved staying there. Clean, cozy, quiet, not far from town. Smooth checkin. Just right for my husband and I. It’s a bit of a walk from shops, but if you’re used to walking and have no restrictions, you can avoid the paid parking in town. Eureka is a quaint town. There’s more shops than what is on Main Street.

The place was very clean. The host was quick to reply to our messages. The location is close to one of the tram stops, which we took advantage of to get into town during the day. Walking into town only took about 10 minutes. It was also located near a quaint park that was a short distance away.

Exceptional!!! Very clean, beautiful and worth it. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. Enjoyed a cup of coffee in the mornings on the private deck. A very quiet location, yet close to the entertainment district about a 10 min walk. This was our first time staying in the upstairs flat. We've stayed 2 seperate times in the downstairs flat as well. Never a disappointment. I highly recommend.

The place was perfect! It was easy to find and easy access to the apartment. It had everything we needed to make our morning coffee (highly essential). It had a great restaurant spot for lunch next door. It was about a 15min walk to town, which we did daily. It was an easy drive up to the haunted hotel which avoided the many hills in town. The place was clean, comfortable seating for evening movies, and nicely controlled ac units. If I ever go back I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, with perfect accommodations that truly enhanced our trip. It was the ideal place to unwind after hiking, boating, or spending time in Eureka Springs. David and Ethan’s place was perfect for us, and the location was conveniently close to the downtown Eureka Springs vibe. We especially enjoyed the back patio, which faces away from the street and offered a relaxing outdoor space for morning coffee, evening dinners, and fellowship. Highly recommend this stay, thank you for having us! Have a great week and year!

Perfect place for our weekend stay . Close enough to walk down town during cooler months . July was a little warm and humid for us to walk . Excellent parking at the cottage. Having the couch area and outside deck was great for when our friends came over . It was great having the kitchen area . Very clean, a lot of windows to let in outside light , very comfortable and cool with the AC unit and ceiling fans. We would definitely stay here again .

It was very clean and smelled so good! I enjoyed the patio in the mornings the privacy to sit out was great!!! I liked how it felt tucked away and just the relaxing feeling of it!!! Our 3‑night stay at Ethan and David’s VRBO in Eureka Springs was amazing. The property itself was awesome—comfortable, well‑maintained, and situated in what feels like the best spot in town. You can get anywhere quickly but still enjoy privacy and quiet. Its next door to a few eateries and close to many sights.Host's communication was top‑notch throughout our stay. They responded promptly and went above and beyond by providing BBQ items for us, which made our trip feel even more personal and welcoming. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Lots of thoughtful details! The flat was very clean, and felt very welcoming. The sectional was extremely comfortable, as were the bed and pillows provided. The outside patio was well lit, and tucked away from view of the public. The hosts were very kind, and we will absolutely consider booking here again on future trips!
