This 18 m² studio on the garden level can accommodate up to 3 people. It features :

- a 10 m² outdoor area with a pretty terrace and garden,
- a charming living room with a 160x200 cm sofa bed and a dining area,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, fridge, freezer),
- bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- TV, children's games, books, radiators, smoke detector,
- parking space.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not accepted.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

A Swikly service charge will also be applied when validating your deposit.
