Cosy Holiday Apartment in Lopar - Perfect for Families!
Discover this charming accommodation that can comfortably host up to 5 people. The 55 m² apartment offers two separate bedrooms with a total of three beds - including two double beds and one single bed - and is ideal for families or small groups.
The modern-equipped apartment features air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all necessary kitchen equipment. A washing machine is also available. Additionally, WiFi and a television with satellite connection provide entertainment options.
A major plus is the private parking directly at the building and a balcony with sea view. The apartment is located just 200 metres from the beach and offers quick access to shopping facilities and the town - each only 100 metres away.
Please note that pets are not allowed and smoking in the accommodation is prohibited. The apartment is excellently suited for families and offers additional community opportunities with its barbecue area.
