On the ground floor living room with kitchen and dining area as well as wardrobe and guest toilet.
In the 1st. First floor large bedroom with a double bed (boxspring electrically adjustable) and a sofa bed as well as bathroom with corner bathtub and shower.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee and espresso machine, toaster, water cooker. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. available.

Towels, hairdryer, bedding, free linen.

SAT-TV in living room and bedroom.

Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and heated outdoor pool 8 x 4m, 1,5m deep, available. Children should be able to swim.

Washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes dryer in separate laundry room. Free use.

Bicycles are available for free.

Boats can be rented, rent by arrangement.

We are right on the river Livenza, only the dike is in between. The exact location is unfortunately not shown on maps, it is Strada Provinciale 62, at kilometer 11, between river and road. An L-shaped house with a red roof, the pool in the garden can also be seen.

San Giorgio di Livenza belongs to the municipality of Caorle, we are about 10 km from the beach and the lagoon of Caorle.

Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub und die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Sehr nette Vermieter die stets an dem Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert sind und immer für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung stehen. Danke!

Sommerurlaub!!!!

Zwei Wochen super entspannt. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll und komfortabel ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Umgebung bietet mit Caorle und Venedig und der Lagune hervorragende Ausflugsziele, man kann viel unternehmen oder auf der ruhigen Terrasse entspannen und im großzügigen Pool abtauchen. Das Grundstück hat direkten Zugang zum Fluss Livenza, der sich auch für Ausflüge anbietet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit verfügbar. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub und alles Gute. Ich komme bestimmt bald wieder.

Attraktive Unterkunft

Sehr gut ausgestattete und sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung über 2 Geschosse in ruhiger Lage. Pluspunkt sind der Pool und die Terrasse. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
