Restful days in our holiday house in the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Zempin on the island of Usedom

Zempin is the smallest seaside resort on the sunny island of Usedom and is situated between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, where the island is the narrowest. Here breathtaking nature on fine sand beach.

The holiday house Luv and Lee is only about 10 minutes walk from the beach as well as from the backwater. Bus and train are also within walking distance in a few minutes

In the holiday house Luv and Lee, you will find about 210 sqm everything you need for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday for up to 12 people. In the summer, garden, terrace and 2 balconies offer the possibility to relax outdoors, in case of bad weather you can use the sauna or spend romantic hours at the stove.

The FeWo Luv is located on the ground floor of a two-family house, on the upper floor is the apartment Lee. Both apartments can also be booked separately.

Tolles Objekt, aber zwei drei kleine Mankos

Das Objekt ist schön und sauber und hat eine schöne umlaufende Terasse/Garten. 12 Leuten hatten bequem Platz und das Haus ist modern ausgestattet, von der Küche bis hin zu den Möbeln. WLAN ist auch vorhanden (wenn auch nicht sehr schnell) Der Nachbar ist sehr darauf aus, dass ja niemand auf seinem Grundstück umdreht (PKW) auch wenn ihm laut Flurkarte der Teil des Grundstücks garnicht gehört. (Aber das nur am Rande) Die Straße zum Gebäude ist nicht als solche zu bezeichnen sondern kommt eher einem unbefestigtem Feldweg mit Kanälen gleich. Mit einem tieferen Auto sollte man diese Straße nicht befahren und am Gullideckel vor dem haus bleibt bei falschem Winkel auch ein normales Auto hängen... Die Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern sind größtenteils extrem hart und nach einer Woche Aufenthalt, spürt man das dann doch sehr. Bei der Wasserversorgung des Gebäudes wurde leider etwas gespart. Dies merkt man daran, dass oben und unten nicht gleichzeitig geduscht werden kann. Wenn unten geduscht wird, ist oben quasi kein Wasser mehr verfügbar und aus einem mittelmäßigen Wasserdruck wird quasi keiner mehr. Das sollte man bei der Buchung bedenken, dass man bei Buchung der oberen Wohnung eine Abstimmung mit den potenziell anderen Mietern im EG stattfinden sollte.
