Ferienhaus Strand und Wald - Für Familien & Freunde, Ruhige, Zentrale Lage

Spacious, bright house with a garden and terrace: Just a 10-minute walk through the woods to the beach.

About the area:

Our cosy lodging, “Strand und Wald,” is located not far from the centre of the tranquil lakeside resort town of Zinnowitz. You’re just about 500 metres from the beach, which is reached via a picturesque path through the woods. The beach is a wonderful place to stroll, swim, fly kites, or sunbathe. The beach promenade features a children’s playground and a swimming pool with a wellness area.
In the town centre, just under 800 metres away, you’ll find bakeries, small restaurants, snack bars, shops to browse, a cinema, a pharmacy, and several supermarkets.
The Achterwasser (Bodden) is just under 1 km away and easily accessible on foot or by bike. It’s ideal for idyllic outings by the calm waters or birdwatching in nature—especially recommended in spring and fall.

The Accommodation:

Our spacious house spans two floors and can accommodate up to 6 people. The ground floor features a large living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom and a separate shower. The private garden with a large patio invites you to relax, barbecue, and spend time together. In the living area, you can make yourself comfortable on cosy seating and enjoy the view through floor-to-ceiling windows, even in windy or rainy weather. Of course, we also have a TV and free Wi-Fi.
Upstairs, there is another bedroom and a children’s room equipped with a bunk bed, toys, and books. Upon request, we’re happy to provide a travel cot. A large bathroom with a bathtub provides relaxation after long walks.
As part of our “Strand und Wald” holiday home, we can also offer a smaller studio apartment in the same house with a separate entrance. Fully equipped with its own outdoor area and private terrace; ideal for 2–3 people.

Sehr geräumiges Haus. Tolle Einrichtung. Bei der Küchenausstattung haben wir ein paar Dinge vermisst, aber war kein Problem. Wir wussten uns anders zu helfen. Super Lage. Kurzer Weg durch den Wald und schon war man am Strand. Alles in allem super. Wenn wir wieder nach Zinnowitz fahren sollten, wäre dies unsere bevorzugte Wahl

Frank und Familie waren tolle, wertschätzende Gäste. Sie haben das Ferienhaus sehr sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen. Die Kommunikation war angenehm und freundlich. Es war schön, dass sie unsere Gäste waren und wir würden uns freuen, sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu können.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sauber, ordentlich, groß, hell, alles vorhanden und freundliche Nachbarn. Alles wie beschrieben. In der Umgebung alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Haus/Wohnviertel liegt auf einer Anhöhe. Strand ist 5 min zu Fuss durch einen Wald (Berg ab) erreichbar. Zinnowitz ist ein sehr schöner Ort, sehr nette Anwohner. Gerne immer wieder.
