Vacation home Watzke, Zinnowitz - 700 m to the beach, winter garden with fireplace, 2 bathrooms

The house is located on the sunny island of Usedom on the Baltic Sea in a quiet street near a beech grove, through which you can reach the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea in about 10 minutes. A handcart is available to transport your beach items free of charge. The house was completely renovated in 2012 and lovingly furnished with bright furniture. In the white SFBC you will find everything you need as a self-catering or hobby cook (refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric stove, dishwasher, kettle, microwave). The cozy winter garden with a heated fireplace and external blinds for privacy and sun protection with the rattan furniture invites you to a cozy get-together. The books, games and DVDs in the house for old and young also serve as a pastime. The living room with satellite TV, DVD player, music system with radio, CD, and Ipod as well as three bedrooms with 2 beds each can accommodate 6 people.
Free internet access and telephone for calls to German landlines available.


The holiday home has a carport and two parking spaces. The city center and the beach can be reached on foot. Bicycle rental is located in the city. Restaurants and cafes are located in the village or on the beach promenade.

Our holiday home offers everything you need for a carefree holiday:

Clothes dryer in the garden, washing machine, ironing board, iron, clothes horse, hair dryer.

In the holiday home you will find books and a folder with numerous leisure tips, shops and a list of doctors to help you find your way around the holiday resort from day one. On site you will find a contact person responsible for key handover and final acceptance as well as in all emergencies.

Bed linen and towels weigh down luggage, which is why we provide them at an additional cost.

Two brightly tiled bathrooms, three separate bedrooms with 2 beds each, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables, each with a reading lamp, guarantee retreat and a relaxing stay in the house. The surrounding area offers car-free relaxation on foot or by bike due to the short distance to the beach and the coastal forest.

Das Ferienhaus war mit allem was man zum Urlaub machen braucht ausgestattet. Wir als 5 köpfige Familie mit Hund hatten viel Platz im Haus. Der Internet Auftritt verspricht, was man auch bekommt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist nett, unkompliziert und schnell. Das Haus liegt gut gelegen, um durch den Wald schnell zum Hundestrand (ca. 15 Gehminuten) zu gelangen. Der Check In und Check Out erfolgt super einfach, so das man auch vor der Rückreisewelle die Inseln bequem ohne Stau verlassen kann.

Gute Lage und idealer Ausgangspunkt

Der Aufenthalt war entspannt. Im Haus haben einige Kleinigkeiten für den Anfang gefehlt. Auch ein "Herzlich Willkommen" sollte dazugehören. Die Ausstattung und die Einrichtung waren perfekt. Der Wintergarten ist ideal. Ist in jedem Fall weiter zu empfehlen. Danke

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Top eingerichtet, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, große Küche, Wintergarten, Carport - alles was das Herz begehrt. Ruhig gelegen und nur 1,5km bis zum Stadtkern und 500m zum Strand. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden es sofort wieder mieten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub. Schönes, sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus. Usedom ist eine Reise wert. Namehafte Orte wie Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf und Swinemünde sind schnell erreicht. Karls Erlebnishof gleich um die Ecke. Vermieter und Betreuung vor Ort sehr freundlich. Eine solide Leistung die ich nur empfehlen kann. Vielen Dank!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft war optimal für unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt in Zinnowitz zu fünft. Das Wohnzimmer und der Wintergarten waren toll für gemütliche Abende und man konnte auch bei Regenwetter den Tag enstpannt im Haus verbringen. Die Küche ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Praktisch sind auch die zwei Bäder. Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Ganz tolles Haus in super Lage!!

Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren mit 6 Leuten da und voll zufrieden.Die Ausstattung ist hell und freundlich und die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal. Der Strand ist in 10-15 min Fußweg zu erreichen. Ein Bollerwagen für den Sachentransport steht zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns in 10 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt und bestens erholt!!

Sehr geehrte Familie Watzke

Wir sind von der Reservierung bis zur Schlüsselan- und Abgabe sehr zufrieden gewesen. Ihr Ferienhaus entsprach ganz unseren Vorstellungen. Die Räumlichkeiten, sowie der sehr schöne Wintergarten luden uns zum gemütlichen Wohnen und Relaxen ein. Alle alltäglichen Gebrauchsgegenstände, waren vorhanden (vom kleinen Löffel bis hin zur Spülmaschine). Wir werden diesen Urlaub in diesem Domiziel wiederholen und wämstens weiter empfehlen. Es bedanken sich nocheinmal die Rasselbande aus Salzgitter

Ein helles, großzügiges und gut eingerichtetes Haus. Durch den nahegelegenen Wald kommt man schnell zum Hundestrand, also insbesondere für Hundebesitzer ideal.

Sehr angenehme Doppelhaushälfte, Lage ist etwas weit ab aber alles gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen (Bäcker, einkaufen). Alles in allen eine gute Unterkunft zu einem vernünftigen Preis. Wir können uns vorstellen wiederzukommen.

viel Platz, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber

Das Haus ist großzügig eingerichtet mit modernen Möbeln Art Ikea. Es ist alles sauber. Eine notwendige Reparatur wurde umgehend erledigt. Allerdings hat ein wesentliches Kriterium - der Wintergarten- nicht funktioniert. Wir konnten ihn nicht nutzen, da nicht zu beheizen. Aber, da wir nur 4 Tage dort verbrachten, war es nicht so besonders wichtig. Das Haus liegt ein bißchen ab vom Strand und der City- schnell mal Brötchen holen zu Fuß ist nicht möglich.

Familienurlaub

Wir hatten als Familie in verschiedenen Altersstufen einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet- In der Küche ist alles was man benötigt bis hin zu Gewürzen vorhanden. In den Betten konnten wir gut schlafen - keine Rückenschmerzen am Morgen. Der Bollerwagen ausgestattet mit Sandspielzeug und Schaufeln brachte uns mit Enkelkind über einen wunderbaren Waldweg zum Strand- Über die Geschichte der Insel erfährt man viel in einem Ordner. Aber auch ein Gespräch mit dem Nachbarn war sehr interessant dazu. Zur Unterhaltung standen Spiel und interessante Bücher bereit. Der telefonische Kontakt mit Herrn Watzke war sehr angenehm- Alles in allem eine schöne aber leider zu kurze Zeit im Ferienhaus Watzke.
