Whispering Creek Lodge - Water views from every window

Beautifully surrounded by water. There's a creek in the backyard & a large pond in the front yard of the lodge. Fish or just kick back & enjoy the peace & quiet. The lodge has an open floor plan . The main level - kitchen is fully stocked , the living room is a warm & cozy space with the wood burning stove - bedroom with queen size bed & french doors leading to the back deck- laundry room / office with french doors to the deck & the half bath . The 2nd level offers an open loft with a full size bed - full bathroom with a shower only & the large master bedroom with King sized bed , propane fireplace & french doors leading to a private deck overlooking the back yard with views of Lick Creek. The lodge is centrally located , there's so much to do within a half hour drive . Hiking , Biking, Rickett's Glen , Worlds End State Park , Kast Pond, 25 must see waterfalls , The Haystacks & more .

**Winter months 4 wheel drive is recommended - The lane & driveway will be maintained & plowed if its a plowable snow. If it's an inch or 2 it won't be plowed **

This was the perfect site for a quiet time with friends. Walking,not hiking, was right outside our door. Indoor and outdoor spaces were more than adequate for three older friends. Karen responded promptly to questions all along the way. We left renewed and rested. Thank you!

The location of the property is in a great location if you want to explore the state parks in Sullivan County. We stayed 3 nights with our family. Lots of fishing , tons of bluegills in the pond and some bass. The creek behind the property was great for our dog to cool off. The property was so clean and everything we needed was located inside the home. The host was very responsive to all our questions. We will definitely be back.

Clean, well maintained, and has everything you need. Beautiful setting with a pond out the front door and a trout stream out the back door. Plenty of decks for your enjoyment as well as a fire pit. Large main bedroom upstairs with a private deck. Only a bout 10 min. drive in to town (grocery store, restaurants, sporting goods store, etc.) but you will definitely get country feel.

Peaceful retreat

The lodge was very clean and well equipped. Property is located with 2 other small houses near by-with a huge pond on one side and a beautiful creek on the other .
