Holiday House Oliva - with a private pool and 10 min to the beach by MyWaycation

Originally built in the 19th century the charming Dalmatian villa has been completely renovated in 2016 with great attention to detail incorporating modern facilities while preserving theauthenticcharm of the original building. The interior displays exposed stone walls, wood beams, large open spaces and tasteful vintage style with furniture. Two levels share the 230 m² on 1000 m² plot. Two bedrooms are at your disposal on each level, each with a private bathroom and aflatscreen TV. The ground floor divides into a specious living area, an open plan kitchen and a large dining area, all with access to the outdoor terrace, with a 32 m² pool with sun loungers, swings for the little ones and a tidy garden. A fitness room, barbecue area and a covered alfresco dining table are available for your enjoyment.With four double bedrooms eight adult guests are comfortably accommodated.Holiday House Oliva is located in a small village Podlug, just 20 minutes to the sea and Biograd na moru.Home to one of Croatia’s largest marinas, Biograd na moru makes it to the top of the list as one of Croatia’s most popular destinations. While Biograd has a lot offer on its own it is indeed perfectly situated for exploring the larger cities to the east and west, such as Zadar and Šibenik, as well as island Pašman and Kornati National Park. Beautiful, clear, shallow pebble and sand beaches are on offer. While here be sure to visit the city museum, keeping the remains of the Venetian ship sunk here in the 16thcentury, and take a walk along the marina while admiring the beautiful display of sail boats, grab a seat at one of the local restaurants and enjoy a daily catch with a glass of tasty Dalmatian wine.For transparency:please account for 300 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the hostand returned upon departure, subject to inspection. One friendly pet is allowed with a 70 euro per weekbooking fee, please inquire for details. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Situated in the countryside, 20 minutes drive away from Biograd, which is a lovely harbour town, with plenty of places to eat. 30 minutes from Vodice, another pretty harbour town with lots of places to eat and drink. 40 minutes drive to Zadar, a beautiful harbour City. 5 minutes drive to the supermarket and 2 minutes to the local bakery. The outside area, pool and sitting area, clean and very relaxing, gardens well kept and pretty, we found 3 tortoise in the garden. The pool and area outside was well maintained every day. En-suite Bedrooms, all well furnished with comfortable beds, great showers and soft towels. The owner came to greet us on our arrival and a few days later to see if everything was ok. He had left us some complimentary food and drinks. We had a fabulous stay.

Tolles Haus

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus auf dem Lande. Es sind ein paar Dinge, die man ändern könnte. Das Sofa ist viel zu klein. Gerade Abends im September ist es kalt geworden und zeitig finster , da hätten wir gern gemütlicher zusammen gesessen. Der Großteil saß immer auf Stühlen. Die Matratzen in den Betten sind furchtbar hart, richtig hart. Sonst ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet. Sogar überall deutsches TV. Der Inhaber des Hauses war sehr sehr nett und gastfreundlich.

Jederzeit wieder!

20 Minuten vom Meer und 40 Minuten von Zadar entfernt, findet man diesen herrlichen Ort der Ruhe. Objekt sauber und genauso schön wie auf den Bildern. Super unkompliziert und angenehmer Aufenthalt. Jederzeit wieder!

Schöner Urlaub in Kroatien

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, bis auf ein paar "Kleinigkeiten ". Da das Haus für 8 Personen gedacht ist, ist es sehe schade, dass nur ein Sofa da ist. Es fehlten also für 6 Personen Sessel! So war kein gemütliches Sitzen möglich. Es wäre zu empfehlen, Fliegen Gitter zu installieren, da in direkter Nachbarschaft Schafe und Hühner gehalten werden. Es war sehr lästig. Draußen könnte man sehr schön sitzen, relaxen und / oder die Mahlzeiten einnehmen. Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Gute Kaffeemaschine und ein Eiswürfelbereiter sind vorhanden. Zur Begrüßung stand eine Platte mit typischem Schinken und Käse im Kühlschrank, ein paar Tage später gab es noch ein typisches Gebäck. Der Hausherr sah auch noch mal vorbei, sehr freundlich.

Sehr authentisches Ferienhaus

Wir haben den Urlaub in einem sehr geräumigen, sauberen und liebevoll hergerichteten Haus verbracht, das aber seinen ursprünglichen Charakter nicht verloren hat, trotzdem aber auch modern war. Die Bilder lügen nicht!!! Der Hausherr war sehr gastfreundlich und über die Agentur haben wir jegliche Infos erhalten die wir gebraucht haben. Wir haben richtig viel gesehen und einen tollen Urlaub verbrachten! Danke!!!!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet und der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Benkovac. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Zadar oder die Krka Wasserfälle sind gut zu erreichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub hier verbringen.

Die Bilder gaben alles wieder, was sie versprachen. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, jedes Zimmer hat ein relativ großes Badezimmer. Alles neu renoviert und super sauber.Auch die Pool Area ist sehr groß und schön. Der Grillraum ist spitze, wenn es abens mal leicht regnet. Wir haben mit 7 Personen einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Wir sind mit 2 Leiwagen angereist, sodass wir ca. 4 km zum einkaufen fahren konnten, auch den Strand kann man gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Wir haben das Haus schon Freunden weiter empfohlen

Ett fantastiskt hus där fyra sällskap kan bo med egna toaletter och sovrum. Huset ligger en mil från affärer och trafik. De närliggande husen är lokalbefolkningen med deras boskap drivandes. Bilderna på huset ljuger inte utan det är lila fint som dom visar.

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette magnifique maison .Elle est très bien située pour visiter Sibenik,Zadar,Split,les îles .Elle est située en campagne ,dans un endroit très calme. La maison est très bien équipée,d'un très grand confort,très bien décorée.Ante nous a très bien accueillis et est resté à notre écoute et à répondu à nos besoin (il nous a trouvé un lit pour bébé). Un tout petit bémol,nous avions un enfant de 3 ans avec nous et il n'y a pas de sécurité à la piscine,il faut donc une très grande surveillance. Je recommande cette maison pour découvrir la Croatie, la mer n'est pas très loin ,et le soir retour au calme de la campagne dans une superbe maison avec une très belle cour.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist ruhig und etwas abseits vom Trubel gelegen mit Blick in die Natur von der Terasse aus. Die Aussenanlage ist Top gepflegt ebenso der Pool. Die hauseigene Taverne mit Grillplatz hat uns immer für ein gemütliches Abendessen gedient...da hatten wir mit 7 Leuten ausreichend Platz. Das Haus ist Top gepflegt und sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hin fahren Gerne wieder.

Großartiges Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Natur

Top Gebäude und Flächen, riesiger Pool, tolle Natur, gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto zu Restaurants, Strand und Supermärkten sowie Zadar, phantastisch freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieter, herrlich erholsam...jederzeit wieder.
