Holiday house & ldquo; Casa La Quercia & rdquo; for 4-5 people in Caldana, Maremma, Tuscany (Italy)

The & ldquo; Casa La Quercia & rdquo; is part of a small apartment complex made of natural stone, which nevertheless offers a lot of privacy due to its construction and hillside location. Built in the typical Tuscan style, which is characterized, among other things, by the visible roof beams, it offers for max. 4 people a comfortable stay.

Our house has a terrace with a large dining table for 6 people, a small garden with sun and a beautiful view of Caldana and the Maremma.

The & ldquo; Casa La Quercia & rdquo; is entered directly via the fully equipped kitchen, which offers you enough space for sociable evenings and extended meals thanks to the extendable dining table.

Since the living and kitchen area extends over 2 levels, you have a beautiful view from the kitchen over the living room with its cozy seating area and the open fireplace.
There is also a small guest toilet and you can reach the upper floor with its two double bedrooms and the shower-bath via the rustic staircase.


The holiday home is located on the outskirts of Caldana , a pleasant holiday resort that is praised for its charm and hospitality. The 900 soul village, which has lost almost nothing of its beauty and originality over time, lies with its dominant church building on a hill so typical of Tuscany, from which you have a wonderful view of the Maremma.
Although it is a small place, you will find everything you need here. Whether you want to do your shopping in the supermarket, need a tobacco and magazine shop (German reading available!) , like to have a cappuccino in one of the bars or want to eat Italian. Nothing will be missing here. Even a post office and a bank are at your disposal ...

In addition, in and around Caldana you have various leisure activities . Whether you like to stay in the water and enjoy surfing, sailing, swimming or diving or you prefer to use the extensive child-friendly sandy beaches for fishing or sunbathing is entirely up to you.
Maybe you like hiking for your life or are you more of a passionate cyclist? Then you can not only use the direct surroundings of Caldana or the beautiful pine forests along the beaches for your sporting activities, but you can also visit the beautiful Uccellina Natural Park, for example.

Apart from that, of course, various excursion destinations in the nearby area offer you the opportunity to make your vacation varied. Visit for example the Etruscan archaeological sites in Vetulonia or Roselle, the famous Lucca or Peruggia and the cathedral city of Massa Marittima or take a trip to the island of Elba.
