Affordable 2bed 2 Full bath Villa in the heart of Sosúa in the safe and well managed gated Hispaniola Residencial community. I bought this home and renovated it to my liking. Walking distance to the main strip, beach, shopping and more. Car available for rent and a golf cart. Restaurant, playground, basketball court and tennis court within the community. The villa has a pool and jacuzzi with an option to heat both. The villa has night lighting to set the mood in the garden and has smart TVs.

You will live the home amenities. Daily cleaning, laundry, outdoor bar and kitchen, bbq pit, jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Car available for rent. Guests can use whole home. Easy to use smart lock and code for wash access. Villa has a dominoes table and smart tvs that allow streaming and equipped with sling TV for US local news and channels. The villa has Amazon Alexa. Bedrooms and living room has AC.

Guests have access to entire home indoors and outdoors except an owners private walk in closet.

No loud music after 10pm. Guests must register. Visitors allowed just leave ID at security entrance.
