Casa Parnassia, built in typical Portuguese style by a well-known architect, is set in a beautifully mature garden in a residential area in the hills above Alvor.

The villa offers plenty of space, a large living room with fireplace and high-tech infrared heating, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, all with air conditioning. Each bedroom has a bathroom ensuite.
The kitchen with a seating area is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
There is also a dining room and a TV room with a fireplace. Strong internet/WLAN is installed.
Here you can feel at home...

Palm trees, lemon trees and bougainvillea give the spacious property a very special flair. The garden and pool invite you to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the coast.

All year round, the area is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The famous beaches of the Algarve are not far away, the long sandy beach of Alvor is only 8 km.
11 golf courses within 25km make the villa an ideal base for golfers. It is only 3 km to the Penina Golf.

Beautiful property

We had a fantastic stay. The property is beautifully designed and furnished. The pool is excellent and the villa is located in a very peaceful area. The many different seating areas around the pool and house mean you can enjoy sun and shade at any time of the day. The utensils and equipment in the kitchen are superb. The beds are very comfortable and it’s a stylish house. The weather was great of course and the house is well situated so the pool area benefits from the sun throughout the day, but also shelters you from the gentle evening breeze. We would definitely return.

Magnifique villa, confortable, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. La piscine est extrêmement agréable. La maison se trouve à 15 minutes en voiture du centre de Portimao et est idéalement placée pour sillonner l’Algarve. Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve!

The property manager was friendly and efficient. Villa is in a peaceful urbanisaton, very private, extremely quiet, and yet only a short drive to restaurants, supermarkets and the stunning Alvor coastline. Un séjour parfait pour une belle découverte de l'Algarve

Notre séjour a été des plus agréables!! La maison est située dans une zone résidentielle très verdoyante, au calme, et permettant de visiter très facilement la côte (45 min en voiture de la plage Cordoama - littoral Ouest, et 1h en voiture de Tavira, ainsi que beaucoup de plages à 15 min en voiture de la maison). Les hôtes sont adorables et très disponibles. La maison est extrêmement bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances. Elle est très joliment décorée et très bien entretenue ( fidèle aux photos, y compris la pelouse verte au mois d'août). Les draps ont été changés en cours de séjour (2 semaines de location) et le ménage a été fait 2 fois, ainsi que le jardin et le pisciniste. Je recommande cette maison avec grand plaisir! Constance

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und es ist alles vorhanden, von der Microwelle bis zu den Luftmatratzen. Dekoration und Einrichtung sind sehr gut auf einander abgestimmt. Die Lage ist im Hinterland aber mit dem Auto kann man die Algarve hervorragend in alle Richtungen erkunden und nach Portimao sind es gerade mal 10 min. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat, ist dass fast jeden zweiten Tag entweder Putzfrau, Poolreiniger, Techniker, Hausmeister oder Gärtner herumspringen. Das Anwesen ist insgesamt aber in ruhiger Lage und mit dem häufigen Hundegebell muss man im Süden wohl leben.

The villa is very well laid out and well equipped making it the best villa we have stayed in over the past 10 years. The pool has the sun all day which is where we spent most of our time, the gardens are spacious and well laid out making the stay very private and peaceful idyll. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. We had a wonderful week here in September and will certainly go back in the future.

Top Haus in toller Ausstattung und Lage

Von der Ausstattung mit dem super schön angelegten Garten, über den grossen Pool, den vielen kleinen Terrassen mit toller Aussicht bis hin zur super netten Betreuung durch Gloria fehlte fehlte es uns an nichts. Wir wären zum ersten Mal in Portugal. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr einladend. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Eine große Auswahl an Gewürzen steht zur Verfügung und endlich gibt es mal ein Ferienhaus mit scharfen Messern. Man kann je nach Sonneneinstrahlung seinen Platz draußen aussuchen. Es gibt genügend Sonnen und Schattenplätze. Für Technik-Freunde: wir hatten fast immer ein sehr gutes WLAN, die Heizung wird zentral gesteuert und kann bei Bedarf nachjustiert werden. Ein großer Fernseher in einem TV-Zimmer ist schon etwas Spezielles. Trotz des kühlen Frühjahrs war der Pool relativ warm. Wer es gerne gemütlich haben möchte, kann sich den Kamin anmachen. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter und Servicekräfte war exzellent.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist mindestens so schön wie auf den Abbildungen, die Räume sind sehr groß und sehr schön gestaltet. Auch die Terrassen sind mit ansprechenden Möbeln und vielen schönen Pflanzen ausgestattet. Wie beschrieben haben alle Schlafzimmer ein en-suite-Bad, aber darüber hinaus gibt es auch noch ein Gäste-WC und ein "Pool"-Bad, sowie einige weitere kleine praktische Räume, so dass man sich in diesem Haus einfach nur wohlfühlen muss. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen netten Details, die es zu einem sehr viel ansprechenderen Ort als nur einem "Ferienhaus" machen. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, viele verschiedene Strände lassen sich innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca. 5-10 Minuten Entfernung. Wir werden diese Ferien in bester Erinnerung behalten und kommen gerne wieder!!

Sehr schönes Haus

In Stichworten: Kompetente Abwicklung, freundliche und ebenso professionelle Begrüßung. Sehr gute Ausstattung des Ferienhauses welche alle Bedürfnisse berücksichtigte. Ein Pool mit einer beachtlichen Größe. Eine rundum gelungene Ferienveranstaltung ! Eine etwas umständliche Handhabung der Heizung (sofern benötigt). Dieses Objekt ist ohne Einschränkung empfehlenswert. Für die in der Nachbarschaft durchgeführten Bauarbeiten trägt der Vermieter keine Verantwortung sollten jedoch vor Abschluß bekanntgegeben werden da die normalerweise totale Ruhe während der Bauarbeiten nur am Wochenende gegeben ist.
