ROSE Holidays offers you this pleasant house located in the heart of Port Bourgenay, in a calm and green environment, ideal for family or friends' holidays. in the heart of the Port Bourgenay golf course, in the midst of nature and just a stone's throw from the beach. Ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends, with access to the holiday village facilities: golf, tennis, shops and heated communal swimming pool (1st June 15th September, wristbands provided).



Capacity: up to 6 people.



Outside, you will enjoy a terrace furnished with garden furniture, perfect for outdoor meals and moments of relaxation.



Access to the shared swimming pool of the residence, open from 01/06 to 15/09, upon presentation of wristbands.

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the bins to the designated locations

Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)
