Cocoonr offers this beautiful 160 m² house with pool in Cavalaire-sur-Mer for rent, less than a kilometre from the beach and able to accommodate up to 6 guests.

It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bath) and a garden of approx. 240 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
In the souplex
- A twin bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobes
- A shower room with heating, WC and shower
- A laundry room with a second large fridge and cleaning equipment
- An ironing area in the corridor

On the ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area (extendable table) and armchairs
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, dishwasher, etc.

First floor
- A first air-conditioned master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×190), dressing room, TV, decorative fireplace, balcony and en suite shower room (shower and WC)
- A second air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140x190), wardrobes, furniture and balcony overlooking the harbour
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine (under the garden shed), cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.

- 246 m² enclosed west-facing garden with north-west-facing terrace, electric awning, barbecue, garden shed and furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Cavalaire-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting, just a stone's throw from all amenities and 1 km from the beach.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, weekly market, casino, diving and sailing school, boat, car and bike hire, cinema 5 minutes' walk away, etc.

Activities :
Diving, sailing, water sports, guided kayak excursions in Fréjus, mini-golf, Aqualand water park in Fréjus and Azur amusement park in Gassin (20 minutes away by car), visits to Saint-Tropez (30 minutes away by car), visits to the islands opposite Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Ile du Levant (Vedette companies, Port-Cros, Le Corsaire), etc.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private courtyard (ideal for small vehicles). Free parking in front of the house on the street.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Hyères or Fréjus/ Saint-Raphaël 50 minutes away (42 km)
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères 1h (44 km)
