Open plan living space downstairs includes living room, dining area and large kitchen with bar seating for three. Laminate wood floors on the first floor and common areas upstairs. There are granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with everything you need to dine in or grill. The dining area seats eight with three additional high stools at the counter bar. The stairs lead to the three bedrooms, two additional bathrooms and the laundry closet. The primary bedroom offers a spectacular view of the lake. The master walk-in closet as well as a linen closet provides plenty of room for your belongings. The primary bath has both an over-sized shower and an over-sized tub, double sinks and a wrap-around counter. The queen bedroom includes a dresser, nightstand and desk plus a full size closet. The bunk bed room features two sets of bunks and full sized closet. The third full bath is located near both spare rooms and has a linen closet in the hallway. The washer and dryer are located in a closet in the upstairs hallway and also has a closet at the top of stairs on the left. The outdoor lanai is fully screened and has room for entertaining at the dining area, grilling on the pellet grill and keeps you cool with two ceiling fans. The outdoor speakers are wired to separate indoor audio from the outdoor system so the TV can be on indoors and music can play on patio and on the dock. We have RING security cameras in two locations, one facing the driveway and one facing the lake. Tampering with or disabling the cameras is prohibited. They do not record any data.
