Set in the heart of a mature wooded park, the property offers a peaceful and picturesque setting, just 15 minutes from Saint-Brieuc railway station (2 hours 15 minutes from Paris), 20 minutes from Les Rosaires beach, 30 minutes from the Emerald Coast, and one hour from Dinard, Saint-Malo, and the Pink Granite Coast.
