- a fully equipped kitchen

- a comfortable living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking
You will enjoy a ceramic wood-burning stove, very efficient in winter, as well as a raclette machine for cozy evenings.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is located in Servoz, an authentic village in the Chamonix Valley. Local shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store, restaurants) are within walking distance.
Many walks and hikes are available nearby, including the Diosaz Gorges, the Les Houches forest, and surrounding nature reserves.
The Les Houches ski slopes are just 5 minutes by car, and the Chamonix ski areas are reachable within 15 to 25 minutes.
Guests have access to the right-hand side of the garden (with a small playhouse and slide). The neighbors’ dog may sometimes be there: he is friendly but may impress young children.
