Lovely Lake Condo with BOAT SLIP and Pool

Amazing location!

This cozy, lake front condo is ready for your getaway to beautiful Lake Martin. Centrally located right off of 280, the condo is nestled less than 10 miles from the heart of Alexander City and is a quick, 45 minute drive to Auburn University. Lake Martin’s popular activities such as Peanut Point, Chuck’s pizza, Chimney Rock, and Goat Island are all just a boat ride away!

Guests can take advantage of the private boat slip with on-site boat launch or hang out by the newly installed pools. There are grills and picnic tables on site as well as a newly renovated play area for the kids!

This is a private, 3 bed/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor for easy access to parking. It features a full kitchen plus a keurig so you can enjoy a lakefront sunrise with a fresh cup of coffee! The bedrooms are made up of 1 king sized bed, 1 queen sized bed, and a bunk bed. The bathrooms include shower/tub combos. All TVs have on-demand streaming services available through the condos guest wifi.

This condo provides the perfect combination of fun and relaxation. We cannot wait for you to come enjoy all it has to offer!

**Renters must be 25 or older. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.

**No pets allowed. Pets brought on-site without permission are subjected to a $500 fine.

Centrally located near Alex City and 280 this condo was perfect for our 4th of July lake trip. The condo was clean and appointed with everything we needed. The owner was easily accessible and responded to questions quickly. We also appreciated the dedicated boat slip and parking space.

Good location to be on the water with a boat

We enjoyed our stay - beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Nice view of the pool and a little bit of the lake also. Parking lot was tight but it cleared up after the weekend.

The family stay was enjoyable. Nice view of the lake and swimming pool on the balcony. Enjoyed the pool with the toddler and he had some fun on the swings. Appreciated the wide selection of apps on the TV. Grif, the host, was very quick to respond to questions through the VRBO app.

I travel to the area for business monthly. Decided to ditch the local hotel scene (terrible experiences) and try VRBO on Lake Martin. Best decision ever! The host made sure I had everything and checked in on me. I will only stay with VRBO again when traveling to the area.

Condo looks exactly like pics. Super clean, with modern furnishings, comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. We prepared breakfast each day. Loved big screen TV, perfect for viewing NFL playoff games (although my teams lost..lol). Loved the views from patio. Definitely will be back to this condo this year!

Lovely getaway

We were in town for a local high school fishing tournament, and could not have found a better place for our stay. Griff was excellent to work with and very responsive to questions before, during, and even after our stay. We wished we had more time to enjoy to property and amenities. We just might book another long weekend to soak up the lovely lake life at this condo.

Perfect first trip

My husband and I live close to the lake, but family has never been up here before so this was a perfect way to introduce them to all the fun Lake Martin has to offer. The condo was the perfect size, the boat slip was convenient for the rented boat, and we enjoyed a lot of time in the pool as well. They grilled out the first night, we were close enough to town to order in the second, and we were able to check out some unique lake eats the third! The hosts were quick, and extremely friendly with their replies to any questions, and the condo was clean and beautifully done. Thank you again for sharing your place with us!

We all enjoyed it!

Our stay was fantastic! Make sure you get the unit number and check in process from the owner in the messages prior to arriving. The unit number and entry instructions never populated for us in the VRBO account. We only received an access code. We got lucky and ran into the VP of the board and she helped us narrow down the unit by finding her list of owners. It wasn’t a fun process after being on the road. There were no instructions for the key pad so I called the owners and was able to reach them to get inside. After that it was a seamless vacation. The condo was fully stocked with all we needed. We cooked a few nights. Our kids had a blast at the pool. We rented a boat and enjoyed fishing and water sports. We had plenty of room for our crew of eight. One was a newborn, who slept great in the master with the extra AC unit that soothed him to sleep. We loved that the balcony overlooked the pool. We could communicate back and forth and watch the older kids swim. It was quiet, peaceful and we hope to return in the future.
