Uniquely beautiful and exceptionally well-kept old mill farm. The finca has been extensively renovated with great attention to detail. Modern technology and comfortable furnishings are tastefully integrated into the original charm of the old property. Enjoy the special atmosphere of this old mill and find true peace and relaxation in complete privacy on more than 21,000 m². Ideal for families and groups. We have space for max. 12 adults plus 3 children up to 12 years (own "child residence" in the mill tower). Other baby beds available. Generously laid out, covered outdoor areas also offer many retreat options for group travelers.

Brilliant stay

Lovely property and everything is well equipped A few hicups with hot water but Kerstin sorted it all out quickly. My family enjoyed the outdoor bbq area and al fresco dining Would definitely stay there again

Beautiful finca!

We really enjoyed staying at the finca with a large group of extended family members. It was great to have public space to enjoy together, and separation between spaces, to make it easy for kids to nap, etc. The pool area was especially beautiful. Our host was communicative and helpful, and the benefit of having beer and wine on-site was great, as the prices were substantially less than a grocery store. Good proximity to beaches and not too far from Palma. 2 things to be aware of: there were several cats that wandered the property, and they were very interested in our cooking. Also, while the Wi-Fi worked, it was somewhat spotty and some areas of the property were better than others. Overall, a great experience at a gorgeous, historical home.

Great pool

Great pool that stayed very clean all week. Issue with the air con as only allowed to go to 29° unless you press a button and it goes to 25° for 30 mins. Needs much better air con. Also had to turn off for 2 nights as power drain was too much for the battery system. Owner was very helpful but really feel that for the price there should be electricity paid for from the grid to allow air con to run properly each day. Owner bery helpful but

Die Woche ging leider zu schnell rum, aber die Finca hat sich sehr gelohnt. Obwohl es etwas abgeschieden liegt, erreicht man mit dem Auto alles was man benötigt sehr zügig. Wir haben die Stille sehr genossen und konnten uns absolut erholen. Gesamt waren wir mit 9 erwachsenen und 3 Kindern, die Finca war völlig ausreichend für uns und der Pool ein Traum. Das Getränkelager an welchem man sich zum Einkaufspreis bedienen kann, ist ein hervorragender Service und keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Vielen Dank an Kerstin die Gastgeberin, welche bei jedem Anliegen sofort bereit steht, es war ein Urlaub den wir nicht vergessen werden und wer weiß, vielleicht kommen wir wieder.

Die Finca ist mit Abstand die beste, die wir je auf Mallorca hatten. Wir haben sie mit der ganzen Familie eine Woche lang angemietet. (8 Erwachsene/6 Kinder). Schon die Kommunikation im Vorhinein mit Frau Kerstin Weber (Besitzerin) war vorbildlich. Am Anreisetag wurden wir sehr nett empfangen und es wurde alles erklärt und angesprochen, was für uns wichtig oder interessant war. Die Finca war bei der Übernahme in einem Top-Zustand. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist mehr als ausreichend und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet und es ist Platz genug für die Unterbringung der eigenen Sachen. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer, sowie der urige Stiehl dieser umgebauten alten Mühle hat uns sehr angesprochen. Gerade diese Art des Wohnens haben wir gesucht und hier sehr schön umgesetzt vorgefunden. Der Turm mit Spielecke wurde sehr gerne genutzt und war ein Highlight. Die Grünanlagen um das Haus und den Pool und der Außenküche mit Grillbereich sind sehr gepflegt und optisch eine Augenweide. Außenbereich und Pool werden regelmäßig durch Personal gewartet und gesäubert. Wir könnten noch sehr viel mehr Positives erwähnen, aber der Platz reicht nicht aus. Unerwähnt lassen wir auf keinen Fall die sehr herzliche Betreuung durch Frau Weber. Unser kleiner Anhang wurde von ihr zur benachbarten Pferdekoppel eingeladen, Kontaktaufnahme zu den Tieren sowie einige Reitstunden incl. Dafür von allen noch mal einen herzlichen Dank.

Tolles Anwesen, alles da was man braucht. Toller Garten und toller Pool. Gastgeber sind total unkompliziert und helfen bei allen Fragen. Drei Sachen hätte ich doch die man anders machen sollte. Die alten Röhrenfernseher gehören dringend ersetzt. Der Ton überschlägt sich, das man genau hinhören muss, um etwas zu verstehen. Nicht alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlagen, und die, die welche haben sollte man gegen neue Splittgeräte austauschen. die sind so laut, das man nur mit Ventilator schlafen konnte, und diese sind auch nicht mehr die neuesten. Am Abreisetag stand das Reinigungspersonal um 8 Uhr auf der Matte. An ein Frühstück zu machen, war nicht zu denken. Hier wäre nicht schlecht, wenn man wirklich bis 10 Uhr seine Ruhe hätte.

Tolle Finca mit schönem Garten und großem Pool

Wir waren zehn Freunde und sind mit dem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Schöne Lage und guter Ausgangslage für viele Unternehmungen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier auch richtig. Besitzerin wohnt nebenan und bei Fragen immer erreichbar, ist sehr nett.

Grüne Oase

Wir haben meinen Geburtstag auf der Finca gefeiert. Kerstin und ihr Mann sind ganz tolle und liebe Menschen. Sie haben uns auch super Tips gegeben. Alle Freunde fanden es toll das jeder seinen Rückzugsort hatte. Die Aussenküche ist sensationell und der Pool zum Abkühlen ein Traum und um den Apero zu geniessen. Einzig, und das darf darauf zu führen sein, dass wir am Anfangvder Saison da waren. Hatte es durch die Steinmauern ein wenig "gekellert". Damit luss man rechnen, ich hatte 9 Jahre auf Ibza gelebt und dort war das auch so.Die vielen Spielsachen waren für die Kids ein Traum. Und der Getränkeservice ist eine super Sache. Ich wünsche euch immer nette Gäste.

Große Finca mit Charme & Komfort

Wir waren mit 11 Personen zwischen 16 und 80+ Jahren 14 Tage lang begeistert von Haus & Pool. Die Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend bis großzügig, bis auf den historischen Kern sogar klimatisiert. Die beiden Zimmer im alten Teil der Finca profitieren statt Klimaanlage von den dicken Steinwänden, die bei 35 Grad tagsüber noch für ein recht angenehmes Schlafklima sorgen. Neben der Küche im Haus ist vor allem die gut ausgestattete Außenküche mit Kalt/Warmwasser, 5-flammigem Gasherd und großem Grill hervorzuheben, wo man gern bei einem kühlen Weißwein das Abendessen zubereitet. Den Weißwein gibt es übrigens neben Rot/Rose, Bier und Wasser (!!!) im Getränkelager. Der Pool ist groß und sauber mit einer großen überdachten und schattigen Ecke mit ausreichend Liegen. Wöchentlicher Zimmerservice tippitoppi und Vermieter herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würde ALLE jederzeit wieder auf Can Murtera Urlaub machen!!!

Eine wunderbare Zeit war viel zu schnell vorbei!

Es war alles bestens! Kerstin ist eine unglaublich herzliche und nette Gastgeberin. Das Haus mit Außenküche und Pool ist perfekt für eine größere Gruppe, da man auch mal die Möglichkeit hat verschiedene Wege zu gehen. Unser Lieblingsplatz waren die Schaukelstühle unter dem Vordach. Danke Kerstin, wir würden die Finca immer weiter empfehlen!!

Ein wahres Kleinod

Wir haben die Woche mit Kindern und Enkeln dort in vollen Zügen genossen. Großzügiges Raumangebot, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sehr sauber und sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Neben dem Pool haben wir die Outdoorküche und das gut ausgestattete Getränkelager genossen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern einen fantastischen Urlaub. Die Finca ist super ausgestattet, vorallem für eine größere Gruppe. Der Pool und der Garten sind ein absoluter Traum. Ein Highlight für die Kinder waren die Tiere, besonders die 2 Pferde, die unsere Kids regelmäßig besuchen konnten. Kerstin stand uns als Vermieterin mit tollen Tipps und Hintergrundinfos jederzeit zur Verfügung, vielen Dank dafür. Wir werden wiederkommen...

Traumhaftes Anwesen

Uns hat der Urlaub in der Finka sehr gefallen! Das Anwesen ist sehr schön, die Zimmer waren toll. Das Objekt liegt ruhig gelegen, zum Strand mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß war ebenfalls möglich. Sehr schöner Garten und toller Pool mit Gegenstromanlage. Mit dem Auto konnte man schnell Supermärkte und interessante Städte erreichen (bis Palma ca. 30 min). Ein Highlight war eine Bootstour mit dem Schnellboot ins Naturschutzgebiet der Insel Cabrera, unsere (sehr sympathischen) Vermieter waren auch mit dabei! Rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub! Gern wieder… (wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder zwischen 5-14 Jahren)

Eine wunderbare Woche

Wir waren im Juni 23 mit Freunden in der Finca und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. 13 Personen konnten gemütlich wohnen, schlafen, kochen und den tollen Pool genießen. Die große Außenküche und der lange Tisch unter den Weinreben waren ein extra Plus. Die Finca ist super ausgestattet und das Getränkelager zum Selbstkostenpreis ein netter Service der beiden freundlichen Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Finca unbedingt empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche

Wir sind eine Familie mit Großeltern, Eltern, Kindern. Die Finca ist perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse: Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, es gibt ein Schlafzimmer im Mühenturm für die Kleineren, zwei geschützte Terrassen von denen wir wegen des Wetters nur eine genutzt haben, eine tolle Außenküche, einen Super-Pool, und und. Der Strand ist ist nah und der Flughafen nicht weit. Kerstin und Axel wohnen nebenan und sind jederzeit ansprechbar. Unsere Enkelinnen waren begeistert von den Pferden, die nebenan iher Gatter haben. Ingesamt ein Aufenthalt wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann! Herzlichen Dank nochmal für alles an Kerstin!

Très bon séjour !

Très agréable séjour dans cette villa au calme. Entre piscine, babyfoot, ping pong, cuisine d'été et terrasses... La maison offre beaucoup de possibilités de passer de bons moments entre amis et avec des enfants. Les propriétaires sont charmants et font tout pour que vous passiez un bon séjour.

Tolle, grosszügige, sehr gepflegte Unterkunft / Umgebung mit allem was man braucht und perfekten Gastgebern !! : sehr schöne Zimmer, TOP Aussenküche, grosser Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche, Töggelikasten, PingPong - Tisch, Spielsachen für die Kleineren..... Urlaub mit Freunden in Campos

Wir (Gruppe von 12 Freunden, alle um die 25 Jahre alt) waren für 10 Tage zu Gast bei Kerstin und Axel. Von unserem Urlaub hatten wir uns viel Sonne, den ein oder anderen Strand- oder Wanderausflug, ausgiebiges gemeinsames Kochen und viel Ruhe erwartet. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen! Das Anwesen ist absolut genial. Das urige Haus strahlt einen unwahrscheinlichen Charme aus, ist super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Pool - ebenfalls super gepflegt - lädt zum verweilen und abkühlen ein. Unser absolutes Highlight, die große Außenküche samt Holzkohlegrill, ist praktisch ein garant für ein gelungenes Abendessen ;-). Der Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen, wer möchte kann auch dorthin spazieren (je nach Gehtempo in ca. 40-50 Minuten gut machbar). In Campos (10 Minuten mit dem Auto) gibts alles was man irgendwie gebrauchen könnte: Lidl, regionale Supermärkte oder auch der klassische Markt, die Auswahl an Nahrungsmitteln und co ist riesig. Kerstin und Axel sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und hat jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner (ganz egal ob es ein Problem mit dem Haus gibt oder man einen Tipp fürs Wandern o.ä. benötigt). Wir hatten einen klasse Urlaub und können die Finca absolut weiterempfehlen!

Helt i top.

Dejlig bolig med plads til 12 voksne og 2 børn. Rent og pænt over det hele og en fantastisk pool. Som extra service var der drikkevarer (Vin vand og øl) til rådighed mod betaling som var rimelig. Et sted vi meget gerne vil bruge igen.

Fantastic Finca, the perfect place to relax.

Everything you need on a relaxing holiday is here. Fantastic Finca with plenty of space for everyone and a great swimming pool which gives you a sense of calm and relaxation. Definitely would recommend this Finca to anyone searching for a relaxing holiday with friends and family. A car is a necessity due to the remote location.
