It's only a three minute, three block walk to the sandy beach which is great for swimming. The house is close to everything Anna Maria Island has to offer, yet located in a quiet neighborhood. Mature vegetation gives you privacy in your own backyard to relax and enjoy indoor outdoor living while taking in the water views. Step inside and you'll find a space that preserves that vintage feel with a wood-beamed vaulted great room, but still boasts a newly renovated state-of-the-art kitchen with stainless steel appliances and modern, well-appointed bathrooms.

The house was conveniently located

It was clean but certainly not immaculate. The property manage said it had a garage but it did not. The landscaping was not well maintained.

Great place

We were very pleased with this house. It was only a few blocks from the beach if you don’t mind walking a bit. The view out the back is beautiful. My only complaint would be the master bed is a little hard.
