Location
The property is located in the prestigious “Domaine de la Nartelle” near the beaches of La Nartelle and the centre of Sainte Maxime. The Domaine is characterized by high-quality villa development and a quiet location. Beaches and beach restaurants can be reached in approx. 1,500 – 2,000 m distance, the town centres of Sainte Maxime and Les Issambres with the ferry to St. Tropez, shopping facilities and numerous bistros and restaurants can be reached in approx. 4 km without traffic jams.

The villa
Nestled in a beautiful pine grove, the Mas-style villa comprises a comfortably furnished, country-style, air-conditioned living area of 165 m² on two levels.

The ground floor offers a spacious living/dining area with an open fireplace and TV as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.

Furthermore, there are three bedrooms available on this level, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and direct access to the garden and pool area.

On the 1st floor you will find the fourth bedroom with two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a very nice sea view.

There are also two bathrooms with the following features:
– bathroom with washbasin, bathtub/shower combination, toilet and towel dryer
– bathroom with sink and shower
– separate toilet

The large plot with an area of 3,000 m² is particularly characterized by the old trees and you have a really beautiful view of a pine grove to the sea. In front of the living area there is a covered terrace with a large dining ensemble and a gas BBQ (plancha). The shading of the terrace can also be opened by means of a remote control.

The heatable swimming pool (on request - fees 150 Euro per week) in front of the villa is surrounded by a teak terrace and measures 8.5 x 4 m. Numerous sun loungers, a sun sail, a beautiful lounge seating area and an outdoor shower are available here.

Access to the gated property is via an electric gate and four vehicles can be parked within the property.
