The beautiful private beach house is located on the Baltic Sea in close proximity to the beach. The living area is 90 square meters. In terms of equipment and comfort, nothing is left to be desired. The house has just been freshly painted.

The large garden offers space to run around and play, but also quiet retreat. You sit protected behind wild wine and can end the day comfortably on the terrace.
A garden house has been converted into a “game house” - table football, board games, sitting area

Spacious living-dining area with large windows to the south, as well as a modern kitchen with dining counter, ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher and washing machine.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Alles hat super funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Verwalter war tadellos. Der nahegelegene (Natur)Strand eignet sich jedoch eher nicht zum Baden und ist eher für Wassersportaktivitäten ausgelegt.

Falsche Angaben und schlechte Kommunikation mit Vermieterin

Das Objekt wurde mit der Maßgabe "3 Schlafzimmer, Internetzugang und kostenloses WLAN" vermietet (wir haben einen Screenshot). Nach Ankunft standen zwei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 5 Schlafgelegenheiten zur Verfügung: Schwierig bei drei Kindern im Alter von 10 - 15 Jahren! Nach drei Tagen war der Giga-Cube leer ... die Betreuung vor Ort hat uns in das Aufladen des Cubes eingewiesen. Wir haben das Konzept genutzt, da ja kostenloses WLAN ausgeschrieben war (mittlerweile ist der Internetzugang im Angebot begrenzt; es erscheint uns allerdings einfältig, davon auszugehen, dass man in 2022 den Internetzugang beschränken kann). Unter den Voraussetzungen des fehlenden Schlafzimmers hätten wir das Haus nie gebucht. Nun stehen aber auch noch 100 Euro Nachforderung im Raum. Begründung: Es ist Internetzugang nachgebucht worden; außerdem sei ein weiterer Gast eingezogen: Tatsächlich hat mein Schwager seinen VW-Bus für sieben Tage in der Einfahrt geparkt und eine Außensteckdose genutzt. Unser Versäumnis: Wir hatten den spontanen Besuch nicht angemeldet ... andererseits ist unser ältester Sohn auch bereits nach einer von zwei Wochen wieder abgereist, da die Schlafsituation Probleme mit sich brachte. Die Verwaltung vor Ort ist in der zweiten Woche ziemlich genervt erschienen, an der Haustür an mir vorbeigestürmt und hat den Giga-Cube einfach entfernt. Unser Fazit: Falsche Angaben in der Ausschreibung, fehlende direkte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und genervte Betreuung vor Ort. Angesichts der Panne mit den 3 Schlafzimmern hätten wir erwartet, dass die Kröte mit der Nachbuchung geschluckt wird - zumal der Fehler in der Ausschreibung lag. Wenn es nicht nur um 100,- Euro ginge, würden wir andere Konsequenzen ziehen; so machen wir mit diesem Kommentar einen Deckel auf das Thema und schonen unsere Nerven.

Familienfreundliches Haus

Ein perfektes Haus für kleine Familien im ruhigen Ferienort! Wir haben die Woche am fussläufigen Meer sehr genossen. Perfekt ist der eingezäunte, direkt vom Haus zu betretene Garten. Ein rundum perfekter Ulaub im kleinen Häuschen.

Sehr entspannend!

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen.. Das Haus war gemütlich und für uns, auch für unseren fünfjährigen Sohn gut ausgestattet..Der Kicker hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Es war sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Insgesamt ist das Haus wirklich geschmackvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war angenehm und freundlich.

Der Aufenthalt im Strandhaus Wackerballig war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Kommunikation unkompliziert und freundlich.Die Zimmer waren überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet und gut aufgeteilt. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, auch aufgrund der guten Lage und Nähe zum Strand und den kurzen Wegen zum Einkaufen etc.

It lies secluded on the northest strip of the baltic sea before reaching Denmark. From the house you can see the Danish coast.
You can choose from a variety of beaches . Sailing, wind- surfing and kiting are also possible summer activities. The natural bird preservation area -Geltinger Birk offers a wide rage of bird watching during the spring and fall season, when the birds migrate.Pony riding for children is offer by a lot of farms.
Kappeln has a small cinema, historical church and town with a beautiful harbor.
